I did not know that Staples offered passport photos. It was so easy, the associate had me stand in front of a white screen and took the picture. Printed out two copies and I was out the door. A thumbdrive is also available but I did not need one.

Outstanding Service – A Huge Thank You to Kennedy, Alex, and Rachel!
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Kennedy, Alex, and Rachel (the Assistant Manager) for going above and beyond to help my company with a last-minute order that had been canceled by the Largo Staples store. From the moment I walked in and explained the situation, they immediately had my back.
All three employees stayed after hours to ensure our project was completed in time for our Monday morning training. Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to customer service are second to none.
This kind of support is rare and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend that all three be considered for recognition—whether it be time off or an on-the-spot bonus. They truly exemplify what excellent service looks like. This store will always get my business. Thank you again!

Listen yall Aaron who works in the printer services is amazing. I needed help printing some things out and he was so kind and helped me figure it out on my own but while guiding me almost like à teacher does with their students. His kindness was above and beyond. Thank you sir for not making me feel dumb.

It always seems like there is only one person working in this store so good luck finding any help. At times the prices are decent, but for the most part you can get things cheaper online or another big box store. Typically the only reason I come into the store is to use the UPS drop-off, but at times I will look around but again, the prices seem too high.

Bad experience. Yes, he helped me make the copies... but reluctantly.
Since I am an older person and I don't understand those machines...
I asked him for help...he did it...but not in good taste...in the end the copies were of no use to me...because it was a copy on both sides...together...and the corners were missing...
But she did it separately...

This is the worst Staples ever. I really tried my best not to write this review however, I’ve been to this staples 3 different times and it’s been a horrible experience every time. The copy center is the reason for it all. The associates make up new rules as they go. For instance, both times I’ve visited Maranda told me she couldn’t help me because she was waiting for her production team to come in. Maranda doesn’t even give eye contact, she continues to work on whatever it is while displaying lack of client relation. She referred me to the self service machines, which I couldn’t use because of what I needed to get done. I asked to speak to a manager, whose name is Nicole. She told me I had to either come back at 1pm and then asked me have I seen, that she doesn’t have any staff members so I can’t get any help..
So as I was waking out Nicole proceeded to be rude and I said to her, it doesn’t cost anything to be nice and I’ll pray for you. I then drove to another staples in Fredericksburg which the staff members are AMAZING. But this is sad that I can’t visit the staples near my home because, of the disgusting level of customer service. If I can give this store no stars I would. I usually visit a lot of staples because of the business I run, and all of them with the exception of the Stafford VA location is by far the worst !! Maranda and Nicole needs to be evaluated because this is not how you treat your customers and its the true definition of Poor Morale.

Incompetent staff. When checking out the clerk was doing both Amazon returns and checking out. He asked me to wait on the same side of line as Amazon returns, then another 2 customers show up and he proceeds to ring them up after telling me to go to the other line. Trash service.

Waited a1-1/2 hrs for a print I paid for online. Was asked when I went in if I had gotten a confirmation it was done I replied no. She said well it ain't done then. So I ask do you know where I am in the queue she said no but would be done before 12. I waited in the store to by chance get it before 12. I waited and waited she never asked my name nor took it. Right before 12 I get an email saying it's ready I walk up. It's literally been sitting on the counter the whole time. Associate was more worried about Amazon returns and ups shipments to ask. Sorry but where has the customer service in the world gone to
