Called American Tobacco at 3:55 on a Monday afternoon, 3-30-26, let it ring 64 times before my brain exploded and I dropped my phone. #Update, the owner of the shop called me this morning. He genuinely apologized, explaining he had something to take care of and his employee could not cover so he had to close his shop for a few hours midday. He was very polite and sincere, and for that reason I’m amending my review.”
