Have walked in many times to get documents Notorized and/or mail items or do Amazon returns. All of a sudden notary appointments are appointment only even though no one was there & the man who did it before wasn’t busy. Don’t forget the comment when I mentioned I’ve done it before the smart tone of “well now it’s appointment only”. I see why there’s a 2.6 rating & I won’t be back.

I go here for Notary at 8:30 the notary guy is here claims he can only do appointments sir you are cleaning up you can notarized one form this isn’t hard are you serious🥲 so fyi do not go here for anything can’t believe these people by the time we spoke about these for 7 minutes you could have notarized my papers!!

The Notary person lacks training in customer service. Was not helpful although I physically POSSESSED a valid ID. I ended up going to STAFFORD MEDIA SERVICE and was greeted and assisted with the BEST of BEST service! I will NEVER go back to this UPS store.

I needed help shipping a large bulky item back to Amazon. Chris was very helpful but didn't have a large enough box. He suggested I visit Walmart and ask for one of their boxes. Which is good to know. I didn't have time for that running around. I got my item boxed and returned. Avery came out to my vehicle and unloaded the box. Both Avery and Chris were super nice and helpful.

The staff was very patient and helpful while I had some issues with my Amazon return. They didn't rush or pressure me and helped me sort everything out and get my returned shipped.

Wouldn’t take an amazon return even though it was labeled properly. They said it’s some policy or something. Not sure if this is just a store problem or a corporate problem, but I would never use UPS for anything. After some research I found out that the guy working was probably just racist and didn’t want to service me.

I used this UPS location for about a year, mostly to receive packages. They mislabelled and lost two of my packages, one of which was sitting on the floor right in front of me and it took about 5 minutes of arguing just to get the manager to CHECK the box to see if they made a mistake (which they did). The other package was just lost outright before they eventually found it and sent it back to the shipper. The staff is very blunt and unfriendly. For a store that specializes in customer service, they do a pretty poor job. If you can, take your business elsewhere.

Don't go here they don't give care rude, can't even print anything off so go to the one in Falmouth at least they aren't rude

I just brought in some packages to ship and I was turned away because they don't print labels. Not "we can't at this time because our printer is down." Just "No. We don't print labels." It was like I asked for a kidney. How can you run a UPS franchise if you don't print labels? So if you do not own a printer or it is out of ink you are out of luck at this location. Just go to Staples on 610. UPS shipping location and they print labels.
