If I had an option to give this branch zero star, I would have done that I’m a very long customer with this branch because I live in the same neighborhood. Today was the worst experience I have had with one of these new employee don’t wanna be racist, but I forgot to catch her name. She was an Indian looking Woman oh God she’s full of attitude. it is always that one bad Apple and I think she’s the one in this branch

I’ve been a long-time customer of this branch, and for years, the staff has been consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. However, it only takes one bad apple to spoil a good experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit was tainted by the attitude of a new, younger employee. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful, treating customers as if we were an inconvenience rather than the reason she has a job. While I’ve always appreciated the hardworking staff here, I feel compelled to share this so the community and management are aware. It’s disheartening to think that a single rude employee can undo years of goodwill, and if this continues, it’s going to drive customers away. I’m not sure if USPS takes this feedback seriously, but for the sake of the residents in this town, I hope this issue is addressed.

Had a horrible experience shipping a package out overseas, a heavy set lady gave me issues from what was in the box even with the items described on the paper, the address she was very rude and nasty. I have been coming to this location for 15+ years and never had any issues shipping packages overseas to family. She is the one and only person who gave me an issue after 15+ years.

Worst service, both the clerk and manger are evil & discriminator. I tried changing address and they keep saying the policy has changed and told me to do one thing and when I come back with what they asked they told me no agin just out of pure evilness and has nothing to do with policy and I had to go to a different post office and they changed it for me without any questions.

Things are usually easy and fine but today this one female employee was disrespectful just because I didn’t write the address for my tiny little package. Called someone else to get in line in front of me, the next customer had like 5 packages and by the time I finished writing on my package, she was still scanning for the other person. Unnecessarily passive aggressive.

The worst. I paid $150 last Tuesday for an urgent package (work tools) to be delivered the following Thursday. Today is Saturday and the MUCH needed package has still not arrived. I did not receive a tracking number and there is no way to call this office. Just AI. They had me write my info on slick packing tape which I expressed a concern would run off. They said it would be fine. I feel my package is lost. Who has an office with no phone number?

Awful. Can’t get a real person on the phone. You sit through 2 1/2 minutes of options only to get to a point where you have to pick a number or get hung up on. Great job usps.

Very nice helpful lady. A lot of foot traffic considering the holidays are over. I haven't been in for years and the staff has a way better attitude than before.

This is a post office. It is the post office that I do all of my posting. I sent a parcel of mail to California from this post office. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Sometimes i have absolutely no idea what i am doing or saying. The employees happened to see me mumbling to myself and taping my hands to the shipping boxes that they have for purchase. Well once they helped get the tape off of my arms and hands they got me in and out pretty fast. I had to send my Garret Pro in for a repair.
