No one should patronize Verizon. They all seem to be nice but LIARS. They lie about everything from the time the billing department closes, from the plans, promotions, hidden fees, perks, discounts and bills! Everyone I talk to seems to have your best interest, only to wait till your bill comes and be charged with huge amount. First of all, I signed up for prepaid, and didn't know I was put on postpaid and have to go back and forth with liars who promise one thing and don't do anything, or push it to the next bill. Next bill comes, and they have new charges from things I have no idea about. Only been on for 2 months, and this is it!

Extremely disappointed in Verizon – completely unhelpful during a power outage emergency
I usually don’t leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience has pushed me to the point where I feel the need to speak out. Verizon, I expected much better from you. Your service—both in terms of connectivity and customer support—was appalling during this recent power outage. This isn’t just about inconvenience anymore. It’s about how your staff treated the situation with such indifference and lack of empathy when people were genuinely in need of help.
I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Verizon. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve now gone to the Verizon store twice in the past few days, and while my first visit was somewhat helpful, what happened today was beyond unacceptable.
Let me start from the beginning. A few days ago, I went to Verizon because I was having issues with internet access on my phone. The staff at that time were able to help resolve the issue, which I appreciated. However, fast forward to today—and everything just fell apart. There has been a power outage affecting Verizon’s service, and none of the employees at the store could give me any kind of timeline or useful information about when the issue would be resolved. The internet on my phone is still not working, and apparently, no one at Verizon seems to know—or care—about fixing it.
What made the situation worse was the staff’s complete lack of urgency or empathy. I explained clearly that this isn’t just some minor inconvenience. My dad is expecting a call from a delivery driver, and without working phone service, he’s going to miss it. This delivery is important, and the fact that we can’t even rely on basic communication because of Verizon’s outage is ridiculous in 2025. When I told this to the employee, his response was shockingly careless. He literally said, “There’s nothing I can do about it.” No attempt to troubleshoot. No effort to contact a supervisor or technical support on our behalf. No reassurance. Nothing. Just a dismissive attitude like our concerns didn’t matter at all.
It felt like Verizon staff don't care about their customers anymore. I wasn’t expecting them to magically fix the outage on the spot, but I was expecting professionalism, communication, and at least some effort to find out what’s going on or who to escalate the issue to. It felt like they were just sitting around waiting for the problem to solve itself, and we’re all just supposed to deal with it.
This is not what you expect from a major communications company. If you can’t even keep your basic services running and you can’t train your staff to handle real-world issues with care and clarity, then what exactly are we paying for every month?
At the very least, Verizon should have had someone at the store who could give an update on the outage. Instead, I left with no information, no timeline, no apology, and no help. My dad is still waiting for that call, and the delivery driver has no way to reach us. This is a serious failure of service and responsibility.
Verizon, get it together. Fix the power outage. Train your staff better. And start actually caring about your customers—because right now, it sure doesn’t feel like you do.

I went to this verizon store on 3/27/25. The employees there were amazing. I was helped by Deonte. I did not have an easy transfer, I had 8 lines and two watches. I was there 3 hrs. He was patient, professional and so kind. He explained everything to me two and three times and not once was he bothered by it. The manager David was patient as well and so very kind and helpful. I had been with ATT for almost 30 years and had not been treated this well in over 20. I have been there three times with issues with my new phone and each and every time they have taken the time to fix my issue without making me wait. I have text Deonte and within an hour he has text me and responded with no problem. I have even text him on his day off and he has not once hesitated to respond. Not only did they set up my lines but they put my screen protectors on and my case. I have been to this location before just to ask questions and each and every time I go in the staff is very polite and helpful, I appreciated that. Not to mention the great promotions they had. This team is truly top notch. I am truly impressed by their professionalism and their patience you don't find that often. If you need new service with Verizon please go see them. Deonte, David and Jason, thank you for treating this new customer as good as you did. It is truly something we need more of.

My partner came into this Verizon store earlier today as a Verizon customer for over 17 years. We were running errands in the area and he wanted help from a professional to put his case and screen protector on properly as he was having some trouble with it. The store was not busy at all when he went in and there were multiple staff present. When my partner informed the sales person about what he needed help with, the sales person literally told him to go to Five Below to get some alcohol wipes and clean it or to buy a brand new screen protector for $60. He also mentioned to my partner that he bought the phone at another location. My partner quietly said “thank you” and left, but it definitely put a damper on our night and his mood. It most certainly felt like because no commission or direct sale was involved, this sales person couldn’t have cared less. If he knew how to do it, why couldn't he just help him? A few years ago when my partner got his last phone, he also struggled putting it together and a very kind lady assisted him and was never disrespectful or asked to buy a thing. He thought he could trust going to the same location again however I know he will never return, neither will I, and Verizon will be lucky to get any more service out of our family that has 5 lines.and in-home services as well.

This store will no longer have my business. I don’t normally write reviews, but I hope I can save someone some of their time in choosing a different location.
This staff is lazy, unknowledgeable about the products they sell, and they act like you are a chore the moment you step through the doors. They will be of no more help than just doing it yourself online. I sincerely recommend doing that, or finding a different store for your needs.

I had an outstanding experience at this Verizon location! The customer service was exceptional, and the representative Will went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for meand my family. It’s rare to find such dedication and professionalism these days. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for top-notch service!!

Everybody beware!
I recently went to this Verizon location for a new phone, I was supposed to get the new Galaxy 24 Ultra in Black plus the newest android watch and not did the sales person get me the wrong color on both phone and watch but he also gave me a phone with less Gs than what I was supposed to get. Not to mention his customer service attitude and skills were close to none!
I'm taking this up to upper management asap!

Upgraded a phone online and was told to take the trade in to this location. The manager, who was not friendly, obviously had no idea what he was doing. Not even 5 min after leaving I get an email stating my trade in submission was canceled. So I had to turn right back around. Was there for another 20min and then he stated it was fixed. Now this morning I get an email stating my trade in was received but wasn’t within the 30 days so I wouldn’t receive the $415 trade in credit….I returned the phone on 6/24 and we had until around 7/7 to return it. So now this morning I had to spend almost an hour on the phone with Verizon customer service to try to get it corrected and she could not because the location reversed my trade in but kept the phone. So now she has to call them and I may have to go by the store a third time. Frustrated doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel.

Today I went in for an upgrade from my iPhone 12 to iPhone 15 pro max. Brandon was an absolute professional. Straight to the point comparing prices from my current plan and breaking the numbers down to what my new plan would be. Did not feel whatsoever that I was talking to a salesman. If you come in for an upgrade, watch, accessories or to become a new customer of Verizon, I Highly recommend Brandon to be the specialist you talk to.
