I want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Bernard. He was kind, curious and very knowledgeable about my samsung. I thought I really screwed up my new phone. He was very professional and quick to get the job done. Transferred all my info from 1 to another and I didn't have to go elsewhere to find someone to fix my messup. If u need help with ur phone, and you have verizen, go see BERNARD!

I highly regret switching to Verizon. The service is pretty much useless in my neighborhood in north Stafford, and it is very spotty at work. I hear t mobile is much better but it’s such a hassle to get out of these phone contracts. I suggest looking elsewhere for service in this area

not sure how this store has 3.9. horrible customer service. wasn't even that busy but couldn't help me with the issue I was having. what's the point of having a brick and mortar store if I have to call support anyway to get things done. total waste of time going there.

The manager Bernard and staff went above and beyond to take care of my wireless needs. We came in needing quick service due to time constraints and the entire team got hands on. This will definitely be my go to store moving forward.

Got a notification in the Verizon app about an upgrade deal they were offering us. But the app was having issues so it told us to go into a store for help. At the store the employee kept telling us to use the app to get the deal. I spent an hour in the store trying to figure out how to get the app to work with the employee giving no helpful advice except to keep trying on the app. Isn’t the whole point of having a physical store is so that i don’t have to figure things out myself?? We left without getting an upgrade. Very unhelpful and we were already on the fence about Verizon after moving here

I want to give a huge shoutout to Brandon, he made the process of upgrading my mom and brother’s phone a breeze, and helped me transfer services! He made sure to find us the best deals for our plan which was so kind of him. He was extremely professional and friendly. There were a few hiccups along the way (none of which were his fault) he made sure to get us in the store and help us navigate the issues. I can’t stress enough how friendly and helpful he was. Thank you Brandon for your help, you’re great at your job, keep up the good work!!!

Went into Verizon today to get help with fixing my wife's iPhone 13. Bernard Livingston (new manager) helped my wife fix her phone before we could even check in online. He saved us the hassle of having to go to Apple and trying to figure out the warranty. Thank you so much! Literally saved our Sunday!

Staff lies. Charges bogus charges and lies strait up. Told me if I got the insurance that he'd wave my activation fee.... lie. Charged me $29 set up fee for handing me a box. I will be going back to the store.

The worst Verizon store visit in my entire 24 years as a Verizon customer. The lousy sales guy with the long brown hair and glasses accused me of fraud when I was trying to get a customer service correction upheld on my account. (I was with another family member during this visit, and we are both POC. The sales person reference was not a POC. This is extremely concerning in todays environment, for this person acting this way to represent the Verizon company brand). The whole time we were talking he kept looking away from me when we were speaking and was condescending in his tone and demeanor throughout the entire conversation. Extremely rude. On top of that he opened MY brand new phone box and then when I asked to exchange it for a different color after he said he wouldn’t be able to activate for me that day as we had asked and had been promised, he proceeded to have the audacity to say that I’d be charged a $50 restocking fee… even though I hadn’t even laid a FINGER on it. He claimed in an extremely condescending way that I “gave him permission”, but he never once disclosed a $50 fee for “breaking the sticker on the box”, as he put it, would be imposed. Completely unethical. He also added device insurance on my plan without asking permission and had I not caught him saying “I am adding..”, he would have made an UNREQUESTED and UNAPPROVED change to my plan without disclosing the price change and another $15 monthly fee would have been added to my bill! This kind of service is OUTRAGEOUS! Stay Away- this person will say it in a way to trick you into giving “consent” without disclosing the terms to you. This visit was extremely disappointing. Instead of working with a loyal customer of almost a quarter century with the company, they washed their hands of any help they had their chance to provide and pushed me off to the call center. This was the absolute worse Verizon customer experience in my life.

Went to Verizon to try to upgrade our phones. There were only about two employees there and they looked a little busy. My wife and I just stood around looking at phones for about 40 mins. The employees never spoke to us. I get that you're busy, but you should still atleast say, "hey folks, apologies we're a bit short Staffed, I'll get to you as soon as I'm finished with these guys."Or maybe I'm asking for too much. I still need a new phone and will try AGAIN

Went here tonight and was blown away by the customer service. I believe it was Alicia who signed me in and another at the desk who answered my questIon. Both her and Alicia worked together and had me out the door in record breaking time. Lol. Thanks to both of you for the excellent experience.
