Walmart Supercenter

Department Stores, Grocery Stores
Hours: Walmart Supercenter provides a wide range of groceries and household goods. Customers can order fresh groceries online for pickup or same-day delivery, with no mark-up from in-store prices. The pickup service is noted for its convenience, with associates bringing orders directly to customers' cars. The store offers amenities including disabled parking, public restrooms, and a garden center. Customer service experiences vary. Several reviews highlight exceptionally polite and helpful employees who provide great service and follow-through, specifically in the Auto Center and at the registers. The pharmacy staff also receives praise for good customer service. However, some customers note that general one-on-one assistance in the store can be limited and that the store layout can be frustrating. While Walmart remains a favorite for many needs, some services, like certain prescription medications, may no longer be available, leading some customers to use other pharmacies. Overall, it is a store for everyday essentials with a mix of very positive personal service experiences and some operational frustrations.
