Every time I get a smoothie it’s always chunks of ice in it !!! I wish I didn’t have to ask for a non chunky smoothie smh 🤦♀️

Store manager is okay but those supervisors or managers have poor decision making skills, not going into details but I will never shop in this store again due to a situation with poor management

I am a frequent customer, spend lots of money here and I love this location and everyone who works here….So why did I give 4 stars instead of 5? Because there is ONE worker who is so unprofessional, RUDE and never ever has coffee made after a certain time of day! This only happens when that one worker is there, never communicates to the people standing around, how long the coffee will be, if there is any coffee even being made and god forbid you ASK this person.
I’ve also witnessed this person pretty much make a rude comment about how “they will not be rushing to help the people waiting”.
I could of given more details or a name but I am not THAT BAD of a person, I just know I am ALWAYS professional in MY work, so it’s hard to respect those that are not.

No changing table in either bathroom; and it’s not for a lack of room. That is ridiculous for a Wawa. I hope a manager fixes this immediately. I purposefully went to this Wawa instead of other gas stations because I assumed a good brand like Wawa would care about families.

When I need gas I like going to Wawa because it is well lit and the credit card machine on the gas pumps always work. There is nothing more aggravating than to go get gas and the machine not work lol

When we want something quick, filling and inexpensive WaWa is a choice. Their food is fresh, healthy selections and a nice variety. This morning we stopped at the location in Stafford/Austin Ridge area and I can not express how nicely put together my breakfast panini sandwich was made. It's all about presentation to me, being a visual eater. Keep up the nice job! Will always return!

Very clean for a stop-n-rob that is always busy. Only a couple pumps available for a truck & boat to fuel up both without blocking the drive. I don't eat stop-n-rob food anywhere including here and have no need to go inside unless the pump won't print my receipt.

The blonde haired lady working at the register this morning roughly around 10 am was incredibly rude. Practically throwing a fit because I gave her $11 in ones for gas. I told her that I’d like It on pump one and she acted like I was stupid and didn’t know which pump was number one. I’ve been coming to this Wawa for years. Has got to be my favorite Wawa. Other than this one instance this Wawa is great.

I swear this has to be the “cleanest” Wawa I’ve ever had service at in Virginia and Maryland. Was hit with a low gas warning on 95-South so I got off the highway looking for a gas station. To my wonderful surprise this Wawa appear out of no where. I was delighted! Was able to use mobile pay at the pump for additional savings and got a drink and brownie, and hit the restroom. The men’s room was spotless, not to mention the rest of the store was fully stocked and clean as a whistle. I was greeted with a smile at the register and checked out in no time. I would recommend anyone looking for a “flagship” location to look no farther. Thanks Wawa for taking care of your customers.
