I have been here many times and not left a review, so just wanted to share that the orders have been done right and quick for the vast majority of my visits. Today was the exception. The dried fruit pack for my oatmeal was missing. The bacon on my toast was forgotten, too. So, this review is for their track record with me, not just today's E for effort. I'm sure I'll be back and hoping this isn't the start of a new trend.

Be careful with the cashier (he is a black guy) he was cheated and stolen money from my boy.I gave $20 for my boy go inside bought his breakfast total about $10.30 and the cashier didn’t give the change back for my boy.Then my husband go inside asked the cashier to give the change back but he lied to my husband that he already gave the change for my boy while my boy didn’t receive any change from the cashier.Please be careful when you go in there.

My experience here is pleasant and so is the team. I have thoroughly enjoyed Andrae and Jasmine during my time here. Andrae is a “above and beyond kinda” hard worker. You can feel how passionate he is about people and wanting to see them happy. Even when Andrae himself isn’t feeling his best he is selfless and helps others to feel their best! His generosity knows no bounds and he is a natural born leader. He is kind but don’t take his kindness for granted. He is an asset and will enhance your experience here! His personality just brightens your day: naturally he has that effect. He is handsome with the most beautiful eyes you’ve ever seen ! They are eyes of a man filled with so much life. Jasmine is such a beauty. Gentle and sweet Jasmine is a true sweetheart! I purchased coffee and the stations where Jasmine was tending to were impeccably clean ! Jasmine has the cutest laugh and baby face that will instantly make you ooze with love and uplift you .Vey attentive and sensitive to the customers needs and has such a pure heart ❤️! Jasmine and Andrae both do and they make a great team !

This review should have been done weeks ago... I wanted to let Matthew and Sonja know how much I appreciate them! I recently started working overnight, when I get off there are not a lot of options for things to eat. It has started to be my routine to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. At 4am most mornings I'm asking Sonja to make this for me because I love the biscuit but don't want it on the offered crossiant. I appreciate her making this for me at this time of day with no underlined attitude! Matthew is an example of what every customer service representative should represent. He is always friendly and helpful whenever I encounter him at check out. My overnight routine has been much better now that I have a regular spot to get something good to eat. This is my go to convenience store. I prefer to go late in the evening because it can get very busy just like most wawas. When I have gone in the morning the glazed donuts are always delicious and fresh. The coffee is too. They keep the coffee area stocked and clean which is great. I like the self check out because I can get in and out extremely quick.
Kid-friendliness: Great options on there menu for kids like Mac n cheese, chicken tenders, sandwiches plus the area that has lunchables, premade salads and sands, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers.

The most useless app known to mankind. The log in process doesn't work, but takes 15 minutes to find that out. You get in a circle of entering info, responding to emails, entering info, responding to emails...
Save the trouble and go to SHEETZ! THEIR APP WORKS!
