When I first signed up with America's I loved it but then you closed the local offices. It all went down hill from there. Could never talk to anyone who understood what I wanted or needed. I hope things get better with the company because I feel your going to lose a lot of customers.

I prepaid and still ran out of gas. The price is always higher than other companies in the area. I'll be changing who I buy from in the future.

Terrible took my prepay and used it against tank installation instead of propane for the year, now I'm billed at a higher rate for the propane because of Amerigas mistake. Called and talked with customer service and have never heard back. Would love a call back from english speaking customer service.PeteJust missed a call and email came but when calling back or emailing back it goes to general amerigas andNot lady that reached out. Tried emailing back but no call backs or emails in 2 days. If amerigas reads this please call back or leave email with direct line back for communicationsStill no call back or email follow up. Had to pay bill so looks like amerigas got me, need to start looking for another supplier since I can't get anyone to follow up, even with a conf number for follow up

Your customer service is poor at best. You charged me for a delivery that I did not get and it took calls every week for months to get it resolved. I emailed corporate but no response. Your company needs serious help. Too many mistakes and no one to help with solutions. Many people are moving away from you for these reasons. Just check the amerigas remarks on Facebook- you’ll see what real people think of your company.

Terrible place to use if you have pets. We bring our dogs inside before they get here, and 4 times in a row they leave my back gate open. If my Shepard gets out and something happens to her, IT WILL BE WAY MORE THAN A COMPLAINT. They will also leave the cover to the tank off and expect you to do it yourself. The lady that’s been filling out hates her job and life.

Worst company I have dealt with for Propane, Can't call the local office in Staunton VA any longer to get tank filled, have to call 800 service and get someone in India or Pakistan that speaks very pour English. They cant understand the basic English, asked to get tank filled, "You want to cancel service sir" No I want tank filled! " I am sorry I can NO help you with that", Get me your supervisor, " He No Available right now" "You call back later" not to mention at this point I have been on the phone for over an hour on hold waiting to speak with Talya. This company has gone from bad to worse. Pricing is way higher than other companies, just got fuel from Southern States on Tuesday was only 2.99 per Gallon, Amerigas says they are currently $4.39 plus fees, But Southern States does not show any added fees. What a scam.

I called for a technician 3 times and requested one on line 3 times. Last call they told me I had requested to have my propane delivery service stopped. That is not true. Currently they are working to return my status to active.Still no technician scheduled. Difficult language barrier with phone service. No walk in offices. AmeriGas has no service.

Absolutely the WORST! I signed up as a new customer since they had a very nice special offer. But then they refused to honor the promo. I called the customer service line multiple times and spoke to 8 different people. Said they would send a corrected invoice but never did. Terrible customer service, "representatives" are useless, don't speak English well and there is no one local you can talk to.

Just bought out home and set up account with Amerigas. Amerigas scheduled as delivery to make are the tank was full as we moved in. Service agent arrived as scheduled and topped off the tank. He was professional and personable and took the time to answer my questions as this is the first home I have owned that used propane.

Automated system circles and then transferred from one service rep to another with the same results. Prices are much higher than the local propane prices. Customer reps were extremely nice but just kept transferring me, which meant a lengthy amount of time on the call. Submitted a ticket, but no one called me back after the 3 days. I had to follow up on the ticket. Did I mention the price per gallon is astronomical? Prices are ridiculous and they don’t like to work with you. $1061 for 255 gallons of propane.
