I had a complicated situation with a phone and have had multiple phone calls to AT&T and my local AT&T store with no resolution and lots of frustration. On a whim I called the Staunton store and spoke with Derek, he was super helpful on the phone and said he could definitely help. Once I was in the store Derek was friendly, helpful and efficient and most importantly he solved my problem. It was absolutely worth the 30 minute drive. Best AT&T experience ever.
