Very traumatic experience. I came in with a clear coat of regular nail polish on and the woman did not even try and take it off with acetone, immediately went to using the electric filing machine and shaved off all of my natural nails down to my nail bed. once she realized what she did her and another woman there tried saying that the regular clear coat nail polish that I had put on my nails at home made my nails paper thin when in reality it was them. My nails are paper thin now and in so much pain, never go here. Very awful experience, terrible customer service, and should not have their license.

I’m so disappointed. Paying $55 for this is such a let down. The gentlemen that did them was in such a hurry and was very aggressive with the nail files to the point of cutting through my finger pretty deep and making me bleed. Let alone that the nails are so uneven and horrible looking. You can see he didn’t get all my previous blue nail polish off and didn’t get the acrylic close enough towards the nail bed as I have big gaps. Sad part is, I paid for someone else’s and hers are just as bad so I spent $110 total on horrible looking nails. I will NEVER be back and will never recommend this place.

I received my gel manicure about 15 minutes ago. I don't write reviews, but this was so bad that I had to take the time. I am not sure who the gentleman was that did the manicure, but he never soaked off my old manicure so you can still see parts of it under the new one. He also soaked my cuticles in very cold water and then full on filed and shaped my nails AFTER the gel polish had been fully applied. This puts your nails at risk for chipping. He also DID NOT do a good job fling them, and they were so rough that I had to finish filing them after I got home. I have received some bad manicures before, but this one really takes the cake.

Website says that you open at nine I came here to get my nails done sign on your door says 10 o’clock. I won’t be back.

I have gone to many other nail salons and I have to sing praises to Classy Nails because this is the ONLY salon that I've gone to where the price displayed is the price paid. I've been in salons that 35$ was the posted price for fill-in then when I go to pay the price jumps from 35 to 50 or 60 dollars. NOT here. I've had my nails done about 7 o 8 times at Classy Nails and not one time did I pay more than what was posted. Also, their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and they are patient with me when I sometimes have difficulty understanding what the tech is saying. Thank you, Classy Nails for being classy 😊 I'm a customer for life!!

This is the best work I’ve ever had done, Luna was courteous and polite. She took time and did a fantastic job. Everyone definitely need to check this place out and on top of that rates are reasonable what more could you ask for.

I have been coming here consistently to get pedicures and have found that they are the best place around. They are clean, and they take their time, which I really appreciate. It is the only salon I’ve been to where they actually take the time to give a nice massage. Love it!
