Dropped my car off for new spark plugs and the guy tells me to come back at “4 430”. I show up at 430 only to find they’ve closed and gone home. With my key ring including my house key. Next day I get a ride back over there only for him to tell me that he didn’t do anything because the bolts were rusted that he needed to remove. Never considered calling to tell me or let me know anything at all. Completely wasted our time without even as much as a sorry. Total amateur hour Go somewhere else

It took 7 months to diagnosis the issue with my crate 302 engine. By the time Doug found the problem, he charged me almost $7000 to diagnose the problem and another $4000.00 to rebuild a new Blue Print crate engine w/ 7k miles. My grand total bill was $11,000 (no joke) on a $2900 crate engine. The overall cost of the repair was not worth the engines value. During the diagnosis process, the communication was not good and I was constantly chasing after Doug for information.
