I've been meaning to make a review about our experience here. We came in to get our exhaust fixed a few weeks ago (Early Sept/Sept 4th). I don't want to go on a tangent and ramble, so I just want to say Thank You to this establishment. The mechanic Anthony said he could fix our exhaust, (we recently had to lift our truck to factory and didn't think it would be too difficult as my husband spoke with Anthony. They were on the same page of tackling the job). Anthony tried his best, as it was close to the end of the day for them. He was honest that he couldn't fix it all the way as the lift was occupied, but he wanted to make sure it was done right. Gary was out to talk to us too and told us as well to give them a call to set up a time and he would make sure they didn't overcharge and to make fix it properly.
We called the next morning when they opened to set up a time to get it fixed. Anthony was kind enough to open some time that day to fix my exhaust. He and Gary went well above and beyond for our family. We really appreciate Gary and his mechanic Anthony, very much! I truly am not one to get on and make reviews much but I felt it was necessary to put in a review for this establishment. These people are so down to earth and don't try to mess you over. They tell you straight forward and they take care of you. Anthony was adamant on making sure things were done right and safe for us to drive. Gary and Anthony, you have no idea how big of a help just fixing our exhaust was, truly. And, time wise; absolutely on par. The exhaust was a hard job because of the way it was altered as a lowered truck, which then made it a pain to fix; and Anthony did it in a very quick, timely manner. So from our family to your establishment; Thank you for your help and time. We will be back again! 🤗❤️

The folks at Driven Motors went above and beyond in helping me deal with a junk used car purchased from another lot in Staunton. They completed repairs at a reasonable price and helped me deal with a warranty company that ended up being a scam. They did all of this for no cost, making phone calls and filling out paperwork simply as a favor. I cannot recommend this business enough. They are genuine individuals who offer a service to the community. I have personally seen that they stand by the products that they sell. I wish that I had come to them first instead of the other "dealership", and I recommend that anybody in the area visit Driven Motors first when looking for a used vehicle.

Sold a 2003 f150 with engine on its way out and didn't clarify anything about it. Edit* the engine was tapping as you said was injector and then you said the clutches in rear end would smooth out. For you to say what kind of person I am when you didn't call to make sure the truck made it back so try again before trying to cover, if I sold it I would of made that call if everything was already stated before hand. Either way it is what it is.

Nothing about this place is professional. Complete waste of money. Do not recommend. Since you’ve made a post saying, let’s tell the whole story then I guess we shall yes I brought a converter that you said would not fit my vehicle but guess what it does fit my vehicle. It’s currently on my car. and your mechanic never even attempted to take my old one off because the bolt hadn’t even been broken free from my engine nor did he put back my motor mount bolts correctly and I had to replace those. Never did I get paperwork on anything that was supposedly performed but like I said the convert that I brought for y’all to put on does fit it’s on my car now currently. There’s no way that it was anywhere close to four hours of work, because nothing on my vehicle had been done except the motor mount brackets taken off. Apparently, I still stand on the fact that you did nothing to my vehicle and it was a waste of time and money

My husband had work done on both of his trucks. Very fast turn around! I bought a used vehicle. Outstanding experience! They are the service providers I remember from forty years ago. It is a wonderful thing to know there a reliable, honest, and friendly business so close to us!
