I work with Enterprise exclusively now. I have come to them often for work travel needs and I am always treated well at not just my home location but other locations I ene up wether it be in NJ, VA, FL, CA or one of the many places.
Most recently I had a change in plans due to a medical emergency in the family causing me to need to deviate drastically from the rental. Knowing the severity and understanding the situation they assisted me with those change of plans and waived certain fee's as it was obviously uncontrollable.
150% satisfied with their operations and customer support/service starting with my base location in Staunton, VA.

My expierence with this rental company was okay. My personal vehicle was repaired unexpectedly fast so I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the rental which is more so a miscommunication with the body shop repairing my vehicle. However, there was a BOGG bag left in the rental and I know it was left in the rental for sure and when I called the next day after returning the rental they clamied they had not seen anything left in the rental which I knew was a lie because the rental had not been driven so I knew the BOGG bag had been left in there and somone from enterprise had to have kept the bag. Please do a deep check when returning their vehicles because if you leave something you will not get it back.

Although the rental got off to a rough start--they didn't have the class of vehicle we reserved (and needed), and missed the pickup time; however, this could have been due to the insurance company that provided us the car providing incorrect information to Enteprise. After we were picked up,
they did communicate well--except for an additional misunderstanding from the insurerance company. Thank you Grace and Garret.
