terrible costumer service, can not speak to anyone, package has been on their truck out for delivery for 10 days and still not here.

The FedEx in Staunton Va is horrible. the tracking would say deliver my package then say unable to deliver they did that 5 times in a row so I went to pick it up At the FedEx ground .they had shots sitting on the ground in the front of the office outside the gate
