The FedEx in Staunton Va is horrible. the tracking would say deliver my package then say unable to deliver they did that 5 times in a row so I went to pick it up At the FedEx ground .they had shots sitting on the ground in the front of the office outside the gate

Been waiting four weeks for a 3 day express delivery i paid 20 extra dollars 30 some dollars in shipping on December 28th it is now January 20th it arrived to stanton fedex from Texas in 2 days it has sat in stanton for 20 days they have delayed my package every single day including Saturday it will say oh its out on the truck and will deliver by 3pm and around 3pm you get another text saying sorry your package has been delayed until tomorrow and then rinse and repeat I have like 16 in a row it's absolutely ridiculous......

This office is one of the worst companies I've done business with in 50 years. They claim you changed the delivery date so they can push the date back. Driver has left my package in the mailbox several times even though that's considered tampering with the mail which is a crime. I reported it to the post office and they showed zero care that FedEx was doing it. Absolutely the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. I'm not sure how they're still in business.

Second shipment in a row they’ve said I have the incorrect address yet UPS delivered with no problems two days before and have since I’ve lived there? Really would be nice if I could pick which carrier delivers each time but unfortunately you can’t. Get a better driver who actually wants to do his job and not be lazy about deliveries.

Went there to do a return. Employee said she can't scan the QR code to send it. But there no other official FedEx stores in town! Now I have to drive 25 miles to return it.

This is the 3rd time in 3 days that a package I was expecting, was delivered to the wrong address. I am going to assume that the driver is not using GPS, because GPS does bring you to my house.

I've been having so many problems here in the last several months with getting delivery sent to the right place and it happened once again yesterday March 29th and I have Pacific delivery instructions at that I have no idea how they messed up they said they delivered my item and I never received it they obviously sent it to the wrong place somewhere else and now I'm getting no help from nowhere I am so upset and unhappy with FedEx delivery service they could definitely do better and improve to make sure that they are delivering to the right people and they don't

zero stars. I have never had an experience with FedEx that was positive! Never on time, delivered to wrong people, I had to go get a pkg they'd delivered to the right house number but wrong street. "Support" is non-existent. I had a package with perishables that was supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 a.m. yesterday. Blizzard started at 11. No package. Calls to Fedex kept telling me that it would be delivered by "end of day". I plan on calling the sender to let them know that if they don't offer another carrier I won't be ordering from them again.
