I had Hershey replace my muffler a couple years back right before I moved to Arizona. I had noticed a rattling on the car on my road trip out, not violent, but I thought it was just another problem the car was experiencing. Once I got to Arizona, my Toyota certified mechanic told me the muffler/exhaust was in fact installed wrong. He said it was installed at the wrong angle and is rattling against undercarriage parts, and the hooks meant to latch onto the exhaust itself via a gummy/rubber piece are very misaligned. He tried adjusting but it was a band aid solution. I just went back so the master Toyota mechanic could take a look, and I now have to go to a separate muffler shop as the angle is so bad, is sounds like tin cans are underneath the car rattling when the car is going. Overall, very disappointed. As I am not in the area anymore, I cannot simply just stop in and have them take a look at their work, but it is unfortunate that I must go to another shop to correct the work I have already paid for. Not happy with the service at all. Just beware when getting exhaust work done.

Just picked up my car from this shop after having some work done. Extremely overpriced when compared to other shops and didn't even have the common sense to lock my vehicle after working on it. Extremely disappointed and will never be returning as simplying looking a vehicle is the most common sense thing you can do when dealing with a customer's vehicle.

5 star service and prices!! Had to get 2 new tires for my truck in the middle of the week. Hershey had my tires in the next day, got them installed and my truck was ready to go!
Couldnāt be more pleased.
Also, they went the extra mile to give advice on an odd ticking noise my truck was making. It ended up being something super simple, and they fixed it on the spot. That right there shows you can trust this business.
Chad up front was great to deal with, super friendly and knowledgeable. Also Stan found and fixed the ticking issue so hats off to Stan as well.
Very pleased!

Friendly staff ever. I live in New York, but I purchased my tires there several years ago. And every time Iām in the area, they rotate them for free and always with a smile on their face. I never have to wait.

I took my car to get inspected and I had them put a new hub assembly on the front and pads and rotors on the back (my rear brakes are now smoking) and they told me for inspection I had to get new headlight bulbs and a new exhaust (thereās nothing wrong with my exhaust or headlights) I told them to just do the hub assembly and brakes, when I pick my car up the headlight bulbs were out of my car (I never told to do anything with my headlights) but my biggest problem is they called me saying they needed my lug nut key and when I called back they said they found it in my car somewhere which is fine, but now itās missing and they āhave no clue what Iām talking aboutā I can almost deal with the other stuff but not stealing.

We went to Hershey Tire & Auto Repair for new tires for our Dodge Ram Truck early May of this year...the staff (Gail and Chad) there were so courteous, friendly and helpful. The mechanic who installed our tires was great and had us out within no time at all and with no issues at all.
We will definitely be back for other issues for our vehicles when needed.

Hershey Tire hooked me up. I had scheduled an appointment with a different shop, Rice Tire, 3 days in advance. Morning of, they denied me service saying they couldn't do the job. Hershey Tire had me in and out in 20 minutes and did a fantastic job. Great staff and great prices.

Highly recommend this shop. I had a fairly new valve stem break off and they swapped on 5 new valve stems in the time it took me to get a coffee and muffin. All for a great price too.
