Very helpful people work here. It’s nice that they go above and beyond. We go there at least 5 times in the spring/ summer and always love what we have purchased.

Sadly, I live around two hours from this garden center, but it would be dangerous if they were closer. I love visiting garden centers when I travel, and the selection, price, and hospitality at JMD's is unmatched. As I was shopping, an employee, perhaps an owner, spotted some droopy plants in my cart, and she returned with a cart with some more vibrant plants she had in the back. They are lovely people, knowledgeable and warm. I hope they'll be around for many years to come.

Beautiful greenhouse. It’s apparent they take good care of their plants. I’ve been getting plants at Lowes and sometimes Millmont. Had to match up previous plants from Lowe’s. Which they were out of. Went to JMD. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the prices. I thought they were on sale but the lovely lady working there said no, they were normal prices. It’s now my plant place.

The BEST Greenhouse/Market in Augusta County! Great prices, friendly staff, play ground for the kiddos. Local meats and eggs, a huge variety of flowers and the best looking succulents around!!!!

JMD is our favorite place to buy flowers and plants. We have been shopping here for years and we love the variety and quality of everything they sell. They have dedicated and helpful employees. I have participated in many of their classes over the years and I enjoyed every one of them. They sell farm raised meats here along with some high quality snacks. They have a large parking lot and a natural playground for the little ones.

I have been a customer at JMD’s for years and I have never been let down. They sell a variety of quality products and plants that are priced reasonably and that last. I was so pleased with the company that I decided to start working here! This is a family run business with hard working employees who care about the plants and products that are sold. They always carry my favorite annual sun Patience. Beautiful colors and very easy to grow. They love moisture. Dont buy if you dont enjoy watering. I talk to my flowers too.
