I went to this store for the first time and was greeted by a young girl, who was the only representative there. I asked her to help me find a charger for my phone, and she looked at me with a blank stare. She didn't speak any English and had to use a phone translator. She was unable to help me as we could not communicate. I won't be going back.

So...as a new costumer and a person whom never had and service with them before been really pathetic. Had to wait to received calls or texts due to wrong port number. Pick a phone on display out and didn't received it but a down graded one. Been getting a run around on it. Drove to 4 different stores and over 200+ miles due to this store had it which they didn't. A simple phone called before would been better to find out. Excuses after excuses and now I either gotta wait or do another line and change numbers to received what I pick or upgrade after of having the wrong phone for less than a week. This whole situation is being poorly fixed and gone about for a mistake I didn't do in the first place.

They never answer their local phone number. No excuse to ignore existing and potential customers except lack of supervision. Not good. At all.

Literally Just left the store because I wasn't greeted or helped. I was gonna buy 3 phones. So I came here, the worker was talking about his personal issues with a friend/customer. I waited and still wasn't greeted or helped so I lefted.

I had not had good experience since I had to get a new phone from metro. I came up here to cancel out the last review I wrote because when I actually showed up to the store, and I understood very quickly the day he was having. He was new he was overwhelmed and well, so was I in at the time, my redhead irish blood was over boiling! we both should have handled ourselves differently however when it was over the manager paid out of her pocket so that my phone did not get turned offWe make mistakes, but this store owned it in,made it right. Thanks.

My husband is a trucker driver and he broke his tablet over the road. Ashlyn was able to get him a replacement in just a few minutes and a great price.

They’re scammers, we quit 2 weeks ago and they don’t want to pay us our hours, commission and bonuses, we’re 4 people waiting to be paid. They owe us a lot of money. We try contacting them and get 0 response. One of my coworkers worked overtime and didn’t get paid overtime hours. They sell unlocked phones as accessories when they’re not supposed to and accessories they’re not authorized to sell.

After having a terrible customer service at Harrisonburg I came here and Jennifer was awesome she fixed my problem right away by just calling one person, i recomed this place and Jennifer she knows what she is doing and she is a keeper I think I got her name right. THANK YOU!
