I brought my dog in to be groomed with a rough, matted coat. I didn’t think it would be easy and was nervous about it, but Sage explained the entire process to me and made sure that my dog was comfortable and safe. I appreciate Sage and her efforts so much! I’ve never felt better about a service at petco before. Thank you for your awesome work, I can’t wait to come back. Truly blown away at how amazing my dogs coat looks now.

I took my dog Bertie to get groomed by Ryleigh and she did a phenomenal job. This is the cutest haircut he’s gotten in so long. Thank you so much! Her attention to detail is incredible and she was super patient and kind with him.

If no stars was an option I’d definitely give it to this store. I went in looking for a certain food for my pup. Unfortunately I could not find it so I looked around for a least 5 minutes trying to help to try to find someone. No one would help. Asked the cashier if she could call someone to assist me and she immediately had an attitude. I ended up just walking out and going to a different store. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

They are always very helpful and very friendly. I didn't know I could order my cat food from the store until the cashier told me about it. Now I will use that service frequently.

My daughter and I went to pick out a fish and gather supplies. We picked out a very lively solid bright yellow/gold cichlid (similar to the one pictured). Showed the woman working (Sam) and went to get the supplies. When she came back with the fish, she had a very calm brown and black striped cichlid (similar to the one pictured). I addressed to her that this was not the fish we picked out and her response was "yes, it is. They tend to change colors like that". Considering this was her answer, obviously she was refusing to assist in making this right and thought I was an idiot. (I tried to get another fish and she told me she wouldn't allow me to purchase another fish). I decided to leave it alone, & just get the fish she gave us. It's just a fish after all, right? Once we got home, my daughter and I became more disappointed with this fish and think she swapped it for one that is sick. It hardly swims around and stays hidden. The lady (Brittany) that checked us out also made a comment about "if the fish died.. we could bring it back with a sample of our water". (Did I mention they had dead and empty salt water fish tanks)? (Brittany and Sam were standing at the entrance chatting away when we first walked into the store). This is my 5th cichlid I've had over the years, & I can assure you they don't change colors like these pictures reflect. These are 2 different types of cichlids. My family will never buy from Petco again. I'm half tempted to take everything I purchased back. Coming from a background in management and as a business owner, I don't believe in supporting businesses that have employees that would do this or similar to their customers. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience for my daughter has turned into disappointment instead.

Cashier Brittany you can tell enjoys making people feel worthless and stupid, and management just supports it! Associates Sarah, Megan, and Isabel have ALWAYS been helpful and kind. The bad management is what's making this place go downhill...
