Facility was clean as well as the restroom. The employees were friendly and helpful when asking questions. The pumps and associated area not so much. Parking lot had a lot of trash laying around and I had to go to 3 different pumps to find a working one, 2 had completely blank screens.

Pilot used to be one of my best stops always great on long trips. In 2026 they put in new advanced pumps and they are a nightmare to work. So unless there's no other choice I probably won't be stopping at pilot anymore. Too bad the corporate idiots who made this decision haven't been fired already.
