I have shopped often at Schewel's and have always been pleased with the furniture, service, and prices. The store and delivery service personnel are helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there for any future purchases!

We went to Shewels to purchase a new washing machine and refrigerator the staff was very eager to assist us and got us exactly what we wanted for an excellent price! We worked with Greg and he was very nice and did not pressure us into additional things that would cost more but still offered the items.

Ok but not great. Able to get replacement for broken bed base (broken less than a year of purchase), however took a very long time and several trips for the process to be completed.

I had a very good experience, at the store, the sell person was very nologeable and helpful, and helping me find the right product I needed for the right price, They didn't try to over sell, I really appreciate that,trying to sell me something I really didn't need or want, l want to everyone at the Staunton store 😀

Will not stand behind its customers and force manufacturers to honor the warranty given. If a manufacturer will not stand behind its product, I believe Schewels is bigger than that. I believe Schewels could force the manufacturer; or, stop selling that brand. My laundry room floor has rotted because of a leaking washing machine. ( see photo )Schewels tells me they are genuinely concerned, but action speaks louder than words!!!

Went in to purchase an entertainment center. Staff was friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions and setting up the delivery of my purchase. I was blown away by the reasonable pricing in this store compared to some of the others in our area. I will definitely be returning.
