I have been shopping at Sole Fucus for years and have not only had excellent customer service (and great shoes!), but the staff are knowledgeable about local runs, trails, etc.

I’m impressed! I recently ordered a pair of Hoka sneakers from Sole Focus Running. I wanted to shop local and their website allowed me to order exactly what I wanted. I was planning to go to the store to pick them up. Imagine my surprise when I received a message from the store telling me my shoes were in and they could drop them off at my house. Now that’s customer service!

Was traveling through the area and needed a new set of trail shoes. Swung on by here and it was amazing. They got me fitted for some Saucony's and after breaking them in, I just used them last weekend for my Tough Mudder. There were perfect and survived! Had wanted to get Hokas for quite a while. Just found out recently a Hoka store is in Staunton. Heidi, the owner, was wonderful getting me fitted and into 1 pair of Hokas. She also found me slip on shoes to use after a future surgery. Thanks, Heidi

I had such a great shopping experience here! The associate was so kind and helped me find the perfect shoes. She gave me full attention and found a great pair for me that met all my needs, and was perfectly in my price range. Great store and excellent customer service!! The people who work here are very knowledgeable, and it's well worth the visit. We were dealing with a new issue with foot pain and they knew just what to recommend. The prices are very competetive with online pricing - but you get the benefit of being able to try on multiple pairs until you like what you get and walk out comfortable!

I always bought "cheap" shoes before and the shoes from Sole Focus are SO much better! The lady who helped me was patient and really took the time to get me in the right pair of shoes. I highly recommend this store. I will be coming back!!
