“The BEST prices ever!!After a doctors appointment, I noticed this little shop and decided to check this little place out. Let me just tell you, the staff is absolutely precious, and will greet you with absolute kindness. The pricing there is amazing!! I have even found things in there for 25 cents! Plus, the proceeds go to the SPCA. If you're in the area, definitely check it out! I promise you won't regret it!”
“Great details and variety. Jacky and Debra were very helpful and even assisted in getting the furniture loaded in my car. They were very knowledgable and provided great advice.”
“As much as I love shopping here, I'm not sure I'll be back often cause every time I come to this store I not only don't get my half off deals but I get over charged everytime I come here. 😥
I don't mind cause I know it's going to a good cause but it would be nice to be charged correctly once in a while. It's truly unfortunate cause they have great deals, if they actually rang me up for the correct prices and stuck to their half off deals that are advertised. But they don't...not for me anyway....”
“=============== July 2026 ===============
Absolutely recommend visiting Staunton Va. Goodwill.
The entire staff are excellent to deal with and very helpful.
A great culture among the staff and they provide a welcoming customer experience.
A special recognition to some of the employees Hunter, Donald, William and Alaya, Jamie and Margie. They are extremely attentive to the customers while performing their duties keeping the shelves stocked, the check out lines moving and overall pleasant.
Additionally, a call out to Hunter who is requested to support the store in a myriad of functions, and he takes it all on in stride and does an amazing job.

“This medium sized thrift store is nicely organized and clean. Tge staff is friendly.
It has a nice assortment, a little bit of everything. The prices are on the higher end for a thrift store thats why I deducted a star.”
