December 27, 2023 - Propane filling service is broken - said a contractor is being scheduled but no ETA for a fix. Call before going for propane.

I called ahead and asked if a pallet of pressed wood fire bricks was available. The employee checked with manager, who said yes, a pallet was available. I drove 20 miles into town, only to arrive at the store and be told they do not actually have a pallet available after all. They did not even have the grace to apologize. Just placed blame on each other. This is a wasted 40 mile round trip. I have shopped Tractor Supply for years, but the last few years, their customer service has not been that great.
