I couldn’t be happier! Miranda gave me the best bob I’ve had in years. I gave her a brief description of what I wanted and showed her five or six example photos of the desired haircut on other women. She understood and delivered!
To give specifics (for those who like details), I have straight hair of medium thickness. I like it stacked in the back and tapering to a longer length in the front to where it doesn’t touch my collarbone, but it’s slightly longer than chin length. I also like a lot of volume on top. My goal is for my hair to have an overall rounded shape that tapers at the bottom. What I try to avoid—but have ended up with after encounters with other, lesser stylists—is a triangle shape. Miranda avoided the dreaded triangle shape, gave me the rounded shape I desired, and made sure I left with a ton of volume. She accomplished the volume the proper way, by thinning out the under-layers with a toothed pair of scissors, and not by using a lot of product. She also gave me a swoopy bang at just the right length and thickness and remembered to shave my neck under the hairline so the edge was neat.
And for those who like even MORE detail so that they know they’re not getting a review from someone of a significantly different generation an aesthetic from themselves—I am in my late 30s and a decided proponent (at least on me) of the side part .

Miranda is really excellent to work with and was able to take my fine hair from long(mid back) to short pixi like and get what I wanted from a picture. 2 days later when I decided it needed a little different shape, she did it with just verbal description. It has been a week and I LOVE my haircut!!

Miranda is an artist and a very experienced hair designer. She gave me beautiful highlights, kindly looking out for my comfort, happily added on a deep conditioner which left my hair silky smooth and also an eyebrow wax and tint while my toner was sitting. I couldn't be more pleased with my results and how wonderful she made me feel.

I have had multiple people stop me and tell me how great my hair looks since having Miranda do my cut and color. I have not had that in a long time. She also recommended a great shampoo and conditioner and I’m obsessed with it. Well, worth the investment!

Miranda did a great job cutting my hair! I needed a cut a few days before my wedding and she was able to fit me in and did a great job listening to what I was asking for. I've had a LOT of bad experiences with hairdressers not listening or understanding what I was looking for, but Miranda nailed it! She's also a great conversationalist, so it was enjoyable to talk with her throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Miranda is the best! She did a fantastic job on my hair! She is very sweet and funny! This is my favorite hair salon I’ve been to and I am definitely coming back!
