Post office lost my package, going on a month now. They called me because of the complaint I made. They didn't have a choice. I'm sure the nasty lady that called me didn't want to be on the phone. She was unprofessional, angry and wanted a fight the moment she called. To be honest she shouldn't have told me I was making her job hard . She shouldn't have yelled at me and hung up. I will be featuring this on my pod cast later this week. I won't be using the post office when there are parcel carrier companies that care about your business.

The way this post office is a managed is criminal. The mail carrier who delivers my mail is so rude. I track all my packages and they end up in random mail boxes or not delivered at all. I went in to the N. Augusta branch on a Saturday to find out where my package was delivered and the branch manager acted as if she couldn’t be bothered… excuse me??? It’s a federal offense to tamper or lose someone’s mail. She called the guy delivering my mail and he said he “found” my package in my neighbors mail box. What’s interesting is that I have ongoing conversations with my neighbors and they all have the same issue with their mail. My neighbor told me that same morning that he did not receive my package. So how is it that my carrier can turn his vehicle around, get the box out of my “neighbors” box and then deliver it to my mailbox in 5 minutes while the branch manager is on the phone with her. This location needs to be investigated because there is no reason why peoples mail should be going missing or we should have to drive around our neighborhood looking for our mail.

I was literally going up the street today and found mail all up-and-down the road. Also, the Post Office box, it's crazy. The world we live in now. We can't even depend on our mail to get to us safe. This doesn't surprise me because i've been to this post office multiple times and they have terrible customer service. It's like they hate their job. I guess the little white box full of somebody's mail. Flew off the truck and the mail carrier didn't notice and kept trucking along terrible, terrible, terrible.

The man i gave my package to was very very rude because I didn't tape the package. He was sighing and saying we don't tape packages while taping the package. I said thankyou and he said uh huh in a rude condescending tone. I hope whoever messed up his coffee gets a good tip.

My boyfriend and I visited this post office to try and figure out what happened to his package. He had received notification that his package was delivered to an individual AND SIGNED for at 12:18pm. We went to check our mailbox and complexes package room. There was nothing in either place. We even asked our property manager had she signed for anything and she checked the mail room with us again.
The woman, Brandy, inside was absolutely lovely and tried to help as much as she could while also doing everything else. The manager, didn’t catch his name, had called the mail carrier to get information for us. The older man, Joe, was watching videos on his phone and dismissive. Once Joe got the call from the mail carrier, he asked had we checked the mail room. We reiterated that, yes we had checked every package and nothing was there, on top of that the tracking said it was delivered to an individual and signed for. Joe then told us the mail carrier, Jazz/Jas (assuming stands for Jasmine) had delivered it to the mail room. We asked who signed for it then? He then admitted to us that Jazz/Jas had (that’s a crime!). We then, at Brandy’s request, left our name, number, address, tracking number and package value. Shockingly, upon our return to our mailroom at 1:45pm, the package appeared. It was an obvious USPS package, and a pretty decent size. There’s NO WAY 3 people would’ve missed that. So not only did the mail carrier ILLEGALLY sign for our package and have Joe try to gaslight us, she returned it after getting called out.
An additional note, we have informed delivery and with all the informed info we have gotten this week we should’ve got mail every day this week. As an example, my registration was supposed to be here 3 days ago per informed delivery, and I still don’t have it.

How do they get away with just NOT delivering mail in winter weather? Sometimes we all have to do hard things!!!
It might not be your 1st choice to drive on a road that might have residual precip on it---BUT it is your job!!! and if you are that scared--- then open your door, get out and deliver the mail on foot for that block!!!!!! You can do it!!!! Come on now,........

Literally probably the worse post office! The service is terrible, staff have the an attitude when you explain anything and the carrier are completely awful. I’d get a post office box at another location.

It's a good office, people there are nice. I was in and out in a few minutes. I've been there quite a few times and each time it's been a good experience. I don't understand the negative comments.
