So I’ll start this review off by saying I dragged my feet getting a new car for over a year because I was dreading going to a car dealership and dealing with the car sales people. I will never feel that way again now that I know I have CMA Valley Subaru to go to for anything I might ever need.
It all began with an online inquiry and a simple text exchange. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by someone opening the door for us, and Brian was there waiting for us. Brian, our sales person, was incredibly accommodating, kind and honestly read my mind throughout the entire process. He knew what I liked just simply based on my old crosstrek and made the whole process so simple, stress-free and I never felt like I was being haggled with or misled.
We were in and out in LESS THAN two hours, which is practically unheard of. Even though we had some issues because I had just changed my last name, Brian and the finance team made it easy for me to communicate and figure out and missing paperwork.
Brian made things so personalized he even rescheduled out to me WEEKS later to check in and remembered that I was the GM at the new Wawa and wished me luck on my store opening the previous day. THAT IS MY DEFINITION OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never purchase a car anywhere else, and if ANYONE ever asks me where they should go for a great car and great service - Brian at CMA will forever be my recommendation.

I called for an appointment to have my car serviced and was told, no appointment was needed to just come into the dealership. The next day I took the car in and had it serviced. I cannot imagine taking my Forester to another place for anything. Valley Subaru has the nicest people who treat a person with kindness. They explained what they did and if I had a question, gave me information about anything dealing with my car. This place is the best. Sue Ervin

Gary Eavey is a winner. My husband and I were at the dealership having a car checked out mechanically. Although we were not there to buy a car, Gary came over to say hello. The car failed the mechanical inspection. We decided to buy a car. Gary got the sale.

The visit to CMA was one of the easiest by far. My granddaughter was buying a used car and Andy made this sale simple and clean. I just sat back with a bag of Popcorn and water and assisted when needed. Definitely of buying get Andy as your salesperson, he’s straightforward in his approach.

Absolutely worst Subaru dealer. Been using 3. CMA, Bob Wade Harrisonburg and Capitol in Winterville/Greenville nc.
CMA is absolutely horrible. That is from sales, service and parts. Went to purchase our 1st new car at CMA few years back. Tried pushing a custom ordered mess up by dealer that was way over priced. This was around 3pm. We needed several $$$$ more down to buy there order mistake.
Had to leave and drove to Bob Wade. Was in our 1st new Forester driving home at 7pm. Few years later went back to Bob Wade. Chose our new Outback and picked up couple day's later when unloaded of truck! 😊
Delt with Capital in nc. Excellent parts department. I mean EXCELLENT!! Really mis that department. Service department as well. Very reasonably priced.
Now back to Staunton. Need parts and service. Expect to pay maximum. Amazing how decent a dealership can be and take care of customer. NOT CMA. Hoping to check back with Bob and have a good experience.
