I wish I could give it zero stars. the pharmacists are rude and take around a week to fill a simple prescription. my son has strep and is in desperate need of antibiotics and they have left us waiting for multiple days even though I have begged them to fill it. if you are in need of medication I highly recommend anywhere else in town.

This location is super understaffed. The staff they do have is overwhelmed, rude, no attention to details, unhelpful. A few months in a row I’ve been left without my medication for days if not over a week. Other locations have followed up with my doctors to get refills placed. This one ignores that process, making it harder for me to get mymedicine. We are moving our prescriptions elsewhere with more reliability and less drama.

This location is absolutely horrible! I have been calling for 2 days to the pharmacy and no one ever answers. Today I was on hold for two hours and when I hung up to call back I was informed by the store staff that the pharmacy closed early today (30 mins ago). Someone could have picked up the call the other 1 hour and a half I was holding before they closed early. My child has an infection that I now have to contact the doctor to have them send it to a different pharmacy to get treated. This is very reckless and careless of the pharmacy staff when it comes to their customers who rely on them for medicine.

Worst pharmacy ever! My two prescriptions were called in a WEEK ago and when I showed up this morning, the gal at the counter said they weren’t ready yet and I’ll need to wait 20 minutes. When I said “how could it not be ready when you’ve had a week,” she said “we only have one pharmacist.” I counted at least four people in the back and I don’t know what they do, but they sure aren’t making customer service a priority. They never fill prescriptions until you actually show up. Ridiculous, I’m switching to Martins as soon as I can.

Customer service in the pharmacy is horrible! Can never get through. And needing to listen to that recording constantly saying" I'm sorry, all staff is answering other calls, we will be with shortly" which recording repeats itself every 5 seconds, is VERY annoying!

If you get Richard, as your pharmacist, you will get 100% top-notch service, anyone else and it's really 50-50 as far as when you'll get your order. I love their location for convenience I just wish I could depend on them regardless of who the pharmacist is.

The store is okay for OTC drugs, greeting cards and the like, but absolutely not for prescription services.Through a series of events, out family's prescriptions have been sent here about a half a dozen times over the past 6 months. We've been trying to transfer service to a locally owned pharmacy where we get much better service but office records all have Walgreens in our files. Slowly getting them all changed.We've had to wait between 48 and 72 hours for both antibiotics and pain meds with several incidents requiring additional Urgent Care and Emergency Department visits because Walgreens is holding the prescription hostage. Three separate times I tried to pick up prescriptions to find that it was closed because there was no pharmacist available. This is not patient-centered and I don't know how licensing boards allow them to stay open.

The manager is very angry ? she treats customers badly, she is going to buy, not steal the products so that she treats you badly, they should hire people who are kind to customers

Very helpful when I needed meds during vacation. Sometimes I do need to wait for a script to be filled, but I believe some things cannot be filled until someone picks them up. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not sure why I'm forced to schedule a vaccine appointment online when my time is clearly irrelevant and the staff will just get to you whenever they can. My appointment was for 7:00pm. I arrived at the appointed time, waited 37 minutes and then was told I would have to wait an additional 15 after the shot.

Do yourself a favor and switch pharmacies. They consistently never have my prescription ready for pickup, and I’m lucky if I get my medication I need on time. Because of this I switched to Amazon pharmacy.

They need to hire more pharmacists. I end up waiting anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes when trying to pick up a prescription at the drive through window. Even when there is only one car in front of me. I've attempted to pick up prescriptions at random times during the day and on different days of the week to see if there was an improvement in the wait time. It never really changes. I feel bad for the pharmacists who work there. All of this started when Walgreens took over the store. It was a Rite Aid prior to the take over with some of the same pharmacists.
