Order parts for my Hyundai veloster n on 5/28/24 and I have received nothing. Called multiple times, if there’s ever a place that should not be in business. It’s this one, manager doesn’t get back to me and nothing has been done. 195$ out of my bank account for nothing.

Avoid this business at all costs. I ordered parts on their website and it’s been two months. They charged my card and I’ve received nothing. After my emails were ignored, I called. Parts and even Sales would not pick up the phone and the mailbox is full. I talked to a lady in service and she wanted to route me back to parts. I said they don’t pick up, that isn’t going to do much, she said “well it’s like only one person back there doing the job of four people”..
How is that the customer’s problem? Unprofessional.

Do not bring your Hyundai in for warranty service here, especially if you are a woman, because they will take advantage of you as severely as possible. My wife went in for some end of warranty work and not only would they not even do a full diagnostic on what is clearly a burning oil issue, they asked for 50 receipts for oil to even consider it. They then had the utter gall to charge a $219.00 diagnostic fee. We need to run dishonest businesses like this out of the Valley.

Cornelius in the service department is exceptional. I needed my inspection and oil changed and thought I might need new brakes and tires. He explained they could rotate my tires to last a little longer and my brakes were good. Thank you for being honest and not pushing new parts on me just to make a sale. The sales people inside are rude, pushy and unprofessional.

I have been waiting for OEM parts for my car for months now. Every time I called they would tell me they would ship it right away. Different employees tell you different things. I am beyond frustrated with the service until now still waiting for the parts. Got an email last Friday for shipping from USPS but USPS still hasn't got the package. Very poor customer service. Don't buy anything from this dealer. Its too late now to get a refund.

Was going to them for quite some time. Spent over a year telling them my hyundai "is not accelerating properly, and has low power and chugging oil like a pirate chugs whiskey." They brushed me off each time. They kept saying that I was over due for an oil change, even though it was barely making it to 3000 miles before I had to add oil. I told them "well you were the ones that did the last 2 so does that mean you never really do it and charged me?" They double checked it. Then it broke down, they did a $3000+ dollar repair to it that didn't really fix it. (Did get it running though). That was January last year, it died that October. Guess what? O2 sensor and catalytic converter was failing the whole time. Got it looked at while out of town and the mech literally told me that they should have probed deeper when I kept telling them it was burning through oil. So I think I'll pass on these guys. I was taking it to them due to hyundai engine trouble stuff but they are not worth it.

Ordered parts through Hyundai OEM for my daughter's car on June 22, 2024 and never received them. Emailed them on July 10 and was told order was in "progress". Waited, called several times, parts dept does not answer and voicemail box is full. Spoke with a rep at main number, transferred to a "direct" line, no answer, rang for a full 3 minutes. Left message with rep at main number (stated they would hand deliver to parts person) to contact me to discuss status of the order, no call back. Emailed again asking to refund my order, no reply. I would not do business with them again. Reading reviews this is definitely a problem with this dealership, I would recommend avoiding.

Wright Way Hyundai is managed poorly. I ordered an OEM part from them on July 3rd and it is August 4th: I still have not received my part. I've tried calling the parts department only to be transfered around three times. I left a message asking that my call be returned and no one has returned my call yet. The only thing my voice message did do was motivate someone to change my order status from 'New' to 'In Progress'. I've contacted them again via email asking for a refund. I hope it doesn't take a month to get a refund. I like Hyundai, but I am never doing business with this location.

I ordered a part for my wife's car on July 9th. I received an email saying I should have it on the 20th, it's the 25th and still nothing. I sent an email to refund money.. They have zero communication skills.

AVOID THIS PLACE - They do not deserve even 1 star. We ordered parts on July 1, 2024 and we have not received them after 3 weeks of waiting. Upon calling several times they said they would send immediately, and here we are a week later and nothing. Now no one will answer the phone. This dealer and part service lacks integrity and doesn’t deserve to be in business. - STAY AWAY!!!

This would be zero stars if possible. My wife has been waiting on a company car, dealt through third party but to be received/titled/picked up at this dealer. The vehicle has been on their lot for OVER TWO MONTHS. Despite dozens of calls (with exceptionally rude responses) to get this transaction completed, the dealer still refuses to take it to the finish line because of a pissing match with the third party over a previous vehicle, which has NOTHING to do with us or my wife’s employer. They absolutely refuse to title and turn over the car despite having it for over two months.
There’s an old adage in business, about doing things the RIGHT WAY for each individual customer and trusting that business as a whole will work out. This dealer apparently has no concept of that mentality or what it means. I’m sure they have their reasons, but if you’re going to engage yourself in pissing matches with third parties with total disregard to how it effects the end customer, you probably shouldn’t be in business for yourself, and that’s not even considering the degree of rudeness and, quite frankly, dishonesty that’s been displayed towards the end customer. Despite the numerous calls and consistent rude responses, still no apology or acknowledgement that this is a terrible way to treat customers. Maybe the experience is different for retail, but if you’re an employer looking to buy a company car, you should absolutely take your business elsewhere.

Bought a part online from them over 2 weeks ago and never got shipped. Waste of time and money.
