Today is 7-11 day. We brought our daughter in for a slurpee after talking it up for a few days. When we arrived, we noticed several kids leaving empty handed and found many more people inside. An employee was letting everyone know as they entered that they were out of slurpees. My complaint isn’t about a free drink, I would have gladly paid the $1.25, but rather about the decline in good service. The store was a wreck, people were disappointed and in what is probably the biggest day of the year for a 7-11 store, they were out of the signature drink. What a sad excuse for a franchise.

Have a few other friends with the same experience. If you’re from out of state or Canada, don’t stop here. Even if you’re 30+ with a USA passport they won’t sell to you if your id won’t scan. When explained by another 711 that it needs typed in, not scanned- they won’t attempt too or even call someone to see if they know how too.
They also won’t accept the Ontario license, even with a USA passport/birth certificate to prove identity.
Kinda sucks when my husband is driving 17+hrs straight and has to make yet another stop to get the things he needs.
I didn’t want to make this post, but it was frustrating and I want others stopping who are traveling from far distances to know and be prepared.
Go down the street to Sheetz.

Was on the app to place order, said it didn't go through but charge still showed up on my account. Called to ask if they did get an order and the person who picked up just said they didn't get anything. Tried asking if they knew if the charge would be reversed, they didn't say anything and then just hung up. Just really rude.

I order from the 7NOW app occasionally and this is the location the fulfills the orders to my home.
I have never once received a correct order from this location, something is always incorrect or just missing with no explanation via email or the app. My only recourse is to go on the app and talk to customer support and hope they refund me the missing or incorrect item(s).
I will be ceasing using the service until I can change which location fulfills the orders for delivery.

The people who work here are so friendly! They treat my brother who has multiple disabilities with respect and kindness too. It’s my favorite 7-11!

I was trying to order chicken wings today by phone and i went there to pick up the order but they hadn’t made it. She said that some people don’t come to pick up their order so they don’t make it. That’s okay because when i went they started making it then i I asked to get a mega million same number for 5 draw then she didn’t know so she asked another person then he printed it out but he printed separate ticket but different number but then he told me that the machine didn’t let it print out same number for 5 draw but I didn’t take it then he started to yell at me saying “cheap customer”, “get out form my store otherwise I call the police”. I ask for his name but he didn’t say his name. It was today at 6:15. If you want to go to this 7-Eleven be aware of this guy he is very aggressive.

Vets day internet posts free foot long hot dog/same as last few years.Posts are still online.When this vet arrived "I know nothing..no promo codes".Owner recently had the gall to respond...playing stupid!Who needs 7-11 anyway!

I watched the (always rude) owner yell and cuss out his employee right in front of me. Not only was it humiliating but also from standing right there hearing everything seems like he was just having a bad day and took it out on his employee. This place gets worse and worse and honestly I hope when he told the employee to leave she finds something even better because that was so uncalled for it was regarding unprofessional and embarrassing as an owner. Not to mention every time I come in there is always sick children laying behind the counter right by the food ….. total DISGUST !

Stopped In store to get a drink/snack was told by employee not to walk around because my feet was muddy/dirty. Sorry to say some people don't work in a office. So needless to say myself and work crew won't be stopping in there ever again.
