Terrible experinces with banking with truist. Much better experinces with bbt. Wouldnt suggest banking here to anyone. Youd probably have a better experience banking with city national or first bank tbh. I Should of realized this sooner when half their employees walked out during their transition.

Thank you BB&T, especially Beth!!! Today during this quarantine, Beth was nice enough to help me out and notarize something I needed for my work. I thought with the inside and lobby closed that I would not be able to get this done but Beth took care of me at the bank drive through window. I had called before hand and she was very friendly on the phone and said she could do this for me! I’ve had BB&T for years and I’m very appreciative of what they did for me today and how nice they were! Thank you again!

Alexa is extremely professional and very friendly. Sarah on the other hand is rude and she talks down at you like she is better and smarter than you, very demeaning.

This is one of the laziest bank branches we have gone to. They make faces and indirectly complain when you ask to have checks deposited.

HORIBLE!!!!! Just because I can't give it 0 stars! We went in at 3:45 with intention to open an account. It was not busy there was plenty of employees. It was 5:10 past there closing time we were still waiting. May I add nobody had asked us what we were there for why we were waiting NOTHING! Horrible customer service we waited almost 2 hours and no one asks us why we were waiting. Until one of the ladies asked one of the hispanic guy who worked there if he can ask us why we were there waiting because he spoke MY language!? That is just horrible when i clearly look hispanic but don't speak Spanish. After i heard that I just left! Will never return such a BAD HORRIBLE experience. Worst customer service i have experienced at a bank !!

I just open an account here, first time in 10 years I've had a new bank and it's already been a positive experience. I didn't have to wait for long even though the lobby was full. It only took about half an hour to fill out all the paperwork and give them the information to set account up for me. They even linked my bank account to my employer and was able to get meA better checking and savings account because of who I work for. I also got five free pre-paid card so that I can use online to transfer funds into as a way of fraud protection. I've never heard of it before but I love this bank already. I'm a bit of an IT n*** so we'll see what the apps like when I downloaded it. So far so good!

I go to ths bank several times a month, they never know you, just a nobody to them, and they have the slowest bank line I have ever had to sit in, will being changing banks very soon.
