The young lady who answered was so nice and helpful, implaced my order with no difficulty.
When I hung up I said to my husband, I have not been in a real butcher shop since my childhood, and also this woman was just so so nice.
Looking forward to the prime rib , will be reviewing again”

“This is the best butcher. Their meat is so tender. Not sure how they do it, but I tried another butcher and I regretted it. The meat is not the same.And I got the cow from the same person, highly recommend Gores butcher”
