Dave the cashier needs to learn some customer service skills. He was using every curse word in the book so loudly I could hear him at the back of the store. Came up to pay for my things and he was still cursing. Store looked like a dump.

Paula went above and beyond during a major holiday to resolve an issue with gift card transactions. Despite the store's overwhelmed system and creating a problem, Paula came in on a major holiday and worked diligently to ensure I got a solution. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service were remarkable. She turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Paula is a shining example of excellent customer care!

Most missed managed store!!!! I love Dollar General but this is the worst location! I have worked in grocery retail for 30 years. So why do you have 3 registers and only one works? Micheal is a fast cashier but if there are 10 people in line good customer service is to open another register. Extremely disappointed with this location.

The employees are great but you can't get through the isle due to all the carts on the floor blocking the isle, I understand they have to put out product but all the carts at once in the isle is alot and a hazzard

I like the store, seem to have a good variety and good prices, but the MUSIC is so loud you can barely think, let alone stop to read something and try to concentrate. I was looking at greeting cards and couldn't even get one because I couldn't hear anything but the music so loud. I'm not against some background music, but it doesn't have to be so loud. Thank you

The staff are friendly but obviously overworked. the manager is phenomenal and has always been a genuine pleasure to meet and greet. they clearly (as a company) need a better way to stock shelves rarher than try and attempt back aisle stuff during working hours. come on $ general. get better. hire one overnight person to do the truck. no interruptions and no customers equals quickness and neatness. check out the aldi model!!!!!

They don't just want to look at your ID they want to scan it to collect your info. Why would they need your personal info? To sell it ofcourse!!! Won't be back. I'm 61 and surely don't need to be carded.

I am In This store almost every day the workers are so friendly ! And helpful ! Last week I went for my cleaning supply stock up and I picked up the Tide pods ! I didn’t Notice the Seal was removed . Yes my fought . Went to stack my containers and there was almost no pods it wasn’t even half full . ! We went to get some more supplies and told the store manager and she. Was like. Bring it back I’ll exchange that for you !! I was just telling her so the might have to check others . Not to have her replace them ! But very thankful she did ! Those are 20 dollors ! I will always shop here ! Thank you and your employees for such a great job you always do

I don't have a rating for them because that store is awful never clean and the shelves are never stocked. Just a bunch of lazy women in there. Carts are always blocking the aisles. Just nasty and dirty.
