The old saying strike 3 you’re out! Stephen’s City branch is absolutely horrible to their customers!!! They are rude and don’t know their financial aspects of banking!!!!!!!!

This bank is not only small and offers no perks, but they are also extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m upset that I stayed with this bank so long but I’m really happy to be Truist Bank now. Goodbye First Bank.
