Very helpful and professional service at this store. I have rented a truck and trailer from uhaul in chantilly and was very convenient to be able to drop it at night time and just go.

This location is really convenient when I need their services, I also stored one of my vehicle's here, for a very reasonable price. I like the extra added security that is controlled by gate code.

Amazing customer service. Such a pleasure to work with the front office staff when renting a U-Haul trailer. We rented a pull behind trailer for some brush removal from her home. They were courteous and helpful in every way.
