Mobile ordered, was in a hurry didn’t check my order. Got home which is a 12 minutes drive, opened my food and was not pleased with how they got my order wrong even though it was a mobile order. I ordered curly fries bucket and got a normal fry bucket instead.

Sheetz blasts loud annoying music at you when you're trying to get gas. It's like suffering through a club except you're not 20 anymore, and, well, you just want gas.

Tried to charge an electric vehicle. County sewer workers were intentionally blocking all 4 charging stations. Sheetz manager was no help at all. Hopefully the sheriff we called did something since Sheetz wouldn't.

Sorry we stopped at Sheets. My wife and I were traveling up I81 and decided we wanted some soft ice cream. Assuming Sheets might offer this type of food, we pulled off the highway. 1. None of the staff would talk with customers to answer the question, do you sell soft ice cream? 2. All orders were made via tablets. We searched the tablet for ice cream, no ice cream was listed on any screen. So we ordered milk shakes, via the screen. 3. Then we waited. Eventually our number showed up on a screen saying our shakes were ready. 4. When I went to the counter to pay for them, I was directed to the front of the store check out counter. Then back to the other counter to get our shakes, They were awful. The shakes had a watery consistency. My wife’s vanilla shake had no flavor. My chocolate shake had some kind of flavor but not sure what. But most of all I am turned off by the absence of any personal service.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite after work on our way to catch a movie. Wife and I decided to pay for our own stuff separately. We both placed our food order on the screens and took our items and order receipt to the register to pay. Neither of us got receipts, which I didn’t think was a big deal. I asked for two packs of Marlboros but only got one. I’m not quite sure if I paid for just one, though. For one pack, my food order, and a 16 ounce bottle of water, I paid $22. Honestly, I guess we expected basic competency from the workers and was looking to just grab a bite and go. Lesson learned, there. That’s on us.
My food order number got called and I grabbed my order. My wife, on the other hand, waited and waited and there was no food. The clerk who she gave her order receipt to grabbed his own food and left but hers never got called out. Someone asked her what she was waiting for and she said she was waiting for her order. They replied that she never paid for it so they didn’t make it. She said she did. She had given the order ticket to the clerk at the register and checked out. Someone goes and prints up her receipt order and shows it to her and, in an accusatory manner tells her, “See? You didn’t pay for it.” She explains that she gave the guy at the counter her ticket and they said, “He’s in training.” No apology. No, “Oh, we see what happened now. There was a misunderstanding. Let’s get that fixed.” We ended up leaving and got food elsewhere.
I’ve worked in the service industry so I understand that it’s easy to get fed up with the public but this just isn’t the way you handle customers. We both did what we thought you should do when ordering food at Sheetz: Place the order, give the ticket to the clerk, pay, go grab your order when it’s called out. We followed all of these steps and one of us was basically accused of trying to get free food. Pretty poor experience all around and we will definitely not be going back to that location again.

Not up to standards yesterday. Usually clean and orderly. Yesterday, ALL Slushy machines were not working. Most icee containers were not cold. Floor and counters were a mess-sticky, wet. No napkins. Staff didn't appear to care

Clean and easy, located right off the interstate. This Sheetz has all the made-to-order and gasoline you need to make your journey. I had a pleasant stop and found the men's room the be nice and clean.
