I have been a customer for over 4 years with an ever DECREASING quality of work and pathetic customer service. Regularly shirts are poorly ironed with messy collars. Most recently they totally ruined 4 very expansive shirts with oil type of stains in same areas of each shirts. The customer service was non-existent. Never going back and all should avoid these non-caring people.

Amazing people!.
If they can clean almost 60 High School Band uniforms and have them looking great, smelling fresh and back to the school in a very short time frame imagine what they can do for your clothes.
All of my personal cleaning g will now be goi to them although I don’t live in Stephen City.

Love them. You are in and out in a minute, everything is clean, and prices are reasonable. I go out of my way from Winchester to come down to their excellent dry cleaning service.

Last week, I had four size 10 button up cotton shirts laundered and pressed. By the male owner, I was told the cost for service was a total of $12.00. Upon picking up my shirts 2 days later, I was informed by the female owner that the price was increased because my shirts were priced wrong as male shirts and not as ladies blouses.
I am writing this post as it is discriminatory pricing given my shirts are exactly the same shirts that are found in male business wear. The only difference is color.
Unfortunately I will not return to this business again. Their work is good but I will not tolerate two types of prices based upon male versus female attire.
I attached photos as proof of concern.
