“I came in, an out-of-stater, to imbibe in that excellent Virginia tobacco that this state is so well known for---deservedly. I recently, having taken up pipe smoking again, was at a loss checking several other stores before dropping in looking for some good pipe tobacco--as well as some direction of what to try. Matthew helped me narrow down my options and offered several excellent options. All of them good, yet the best I tried was the Virginia flake "John's Own". This all to say that not only did Matthew deliver with little information to go on (thanks to me) his store's blend named after the original owner being the best only goes to show the quality of this establishment's taste and excellent service. The locals seated inside smoking cigars were friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. If only I lived locally I certainly would frequent this establishment! It is no surprise that this business is a staple of Winchester in the downtown and deservedly so.”
“Was assisted by Bob(?) while shopping for cigars for my wedding. He caught on that I am not well versed on cigars and brought the conversation down to my level. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. I will ONLY be coming back here for my cigar needs!”

Avoid the one on Valley Ave like the plague unless u want them to sell u broken products then give you a cop out excuse as to why they refuse to make things right!”
