I am so impressed with the staff at the Stephens City location. While I was there, the computers went down. Myra immediately took control of the situation and requested additional help up front. She kept apologizing to those of us in line but I really didn’t mind at all because she was doing everything she could. Once she got the computers back up, she was helping multiple people and directing other staff on how to help also. She was proactive and we all noticed. She certainly impressed me!
Honestly, every time I visit this location it’s a great experience. Great job to the Myra and the rest of the staff!

The people working here are not here to help you in any way ,rude on the telephone , they have zero customer service skills and communication with them is pathetic had an item Going to an old adress so I called the 1800 number provided and was put in a forward of adress , then was given a call from this post office in stephens city to confirm that I wanted my item to go to new adress, I have a confirmation number for it here comes today it says package has delivered and go check still went to old adress call the local office here in stephens city and immediately wanted to make me full like I'm dumb asking what number did I call and that nobody there remembers calling and what not only to find out 2 minutes later I was right, but said since I didn't have a COA I can't get my package to my new one but the lady that called Monday couldn't check the system? I didn't even know what a coa was the whole time I'm being treated like I'm the dumb one for not having a coa on file when it says there is one I just wanted my package to go to my new adress if I needed the coa to do that both the lady at the call center and the lady here at the local post office should of seen I had not one on file instead and reassuring I would get my package like I was told by both of them on the phone and now have to take my package as lost because it's my fault I didn't put a coa before wanting to forward my package if both of them would of done there job and simply checked if I had one I wouldn't have to take item as a lost

Needed an 8 inch piece of tape to seal a box because I guess I overlooked a small opening and instead of using the roll sitting in plain view beside them, they insisted that I buy a roll of their USPS tape for $3.99. No thanks. Zero stars for customer service.

Don't go here. Rude manager. My packaged arrived damaged to a buyer and they wouldn't refund me. I told the staff that it was liquid and it still got broke. I called the post office customer service phone number they told me I could get a refund if I went directly to the post office and they didn't do anything. I will be going to FedEx now for my shipping.

It's hard to get decent service out of USPS but this Post Office has always been super helpful and nice.
