I recently had work done by this company totalling over 8500 dollars .The first time it rained a sinkhole appeared where they did the work. Called to find a resolution to the problem and they were very rude and are saying its not their responsibility to fix that.

GFSeptic installed our system 30 years ago, replaced the pumps ten years ago. Had a problem due to an electrical surge just a few days ago. You can trust these guys: extremely responsive (even Thanksgiving Friday), they fixed the problem, durably, with minimum cost/no up-selling. Jessica and Vicki at the office, and Jeremiah and Leo in the field are the real pro's. A pleasure knowing them - and reassured that if ever another problem comes up, we have someone completely reliable and trustworthy to call on.

GFS just finished our entirely new septic system, all components were replaced. We have a difficult yard, I was a difficult homeowner, and we have the 3rd largest Red Oak in the Commonwealth infringing on the work-site. They were all patient with my arborist, and willing to listen to him. They offered to trim all feeding roots in the trench-zone to assist in my desire to keep our Oak healthy. That's "above and beyond". GFS' entire team, from the front office, to those excavating, and those finishing the job were beyond my expectations in terms of their patient, kind, and informative personalities. They answered every question I had. All of them were great to me and my five children throughout the job. The hardest part was getting on their schedule... and they left our yard and gravel driveway in better shape than before they came. (Minus of course the lawn, which is now on me to replenish.) Awesome! Mauricio, from Great Falls Septic, thoroughly cleaned the septic tanks, he patiently answered all my questions and addressed all the issues. I think this is the first time I could hear the echo sounds from the hose water hitting the bottom of each of the tanks. See you in five years.

Called to have my septic pumped and was told one thing and when they came out to do the work was told that the price they gave me was for only one tank and not for my whole septic.
