It's been a few weeks now. The coffee machine does NOT dispense hot coffee for XL size, nor does it dispense coffee. I noticed luke warm water was coming out, so i dumped my coffee (water) out. I've told the staff there, and I've heard others complain as well. It's seems only the small coffee comes out correctly with a hot temperature. Big disappointment; I'll be going to Wawa now for my coffee. Once again, it's been a few weeks of this.

This is worst 711 I've ever been to...fountain machine was out of 1st 3 drinks I tried to get with no notice on machine. I informed cash register guy and he acted as if he could care less. I was in your store at 7pm on Thursday and whoever that guy is is a terrible representative for you as an owner and for 711 as a company. He was rude and if looks mean anything he was not appreciative of holding a job for you. You definitely need to provide some feedback about what it means to make your customers feel welcome with that jerk!

Consistently out of stock of items and terribly trained staff. I'm shocked this place has been operational for as long as it has.

This place is ALWAYS filthy. The guy working this morning was too bothered washing his hands in a bowl instead of a sink to use the register and told me to leave and refused service to me. Never going to this scathole ever again.

We got exactly what we should have expected. If you want a quick cheap wash that is what this is but not what my car needed and the annoyance of streaks and water spots is not worth it.

Their credit card machine skimmed my card and attempted fraudulent charges. Avoid at all costs.

Gas pumps will ask you for debit or credit. With no options to pick either. Tried multiple buttons and nothing.

the most disgusting bathroom i have ever seen in my whole life. sink was literally black with trash all over the drain and side of the sink. there was no toilet paper in either of the two rolls and zero hand towels either. the seat was up with the most disgusting dribbles everywhere and there was a massive puddle on the floor in front of the toilet.
