I've ordered from here on doordash a few times when great deals are available, but literally 100% of the time I've done so the order get messed up, whether it's missing items, contains the wrong items, or even marked as picked up one time when it wasn't. How can they be this bad?!?

I came to pick up an order and the doors were locked, even though the store was supposed to be open. The employee the old man with a turban inside saw me standing outside but didn’t acknowledge or assist me all he did was stare at me. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Wasted 20 minutes standing outside of the door even called the store multiple times.

I’m personally not the type of person to leave a negative review nor do I generally care to look up public reviews of a dime-a-dozen local 7/11. That being said, my experience at this 7/11 this afternoon was so negative/unique to anything I had ever experienced from a customer service level perspective that I was compelled to check what their online rating/reputation was. To no surprise, their reputation/rating looks to be very poor, with many negative reviews. What further compelled me to now write this review is the review depicted in the picture i’m sharing here. This previous customer experienced a very similar issue as I did, solely caused by the complete lack of customer service offered by “that lady” (cashier).
I don’t know this employee’s name, so for the sake of this review, i will refer to her as “this women”.
After spending 20 minutes detailing my entire experience, i’ve reached a character limit (not even having finished the entire picture). Instead of a novel story, i’ll leave you with this:
This women displayed the worst levels of customer service i have ever experienced. So much so that someone who has never written a review before, was compelled to go online, make an account, and spend their time typing up their experience. This women had me leaving the store feeling angry and disrespected. Someone should take action on this, whether that be refresher training, or termination for repeat offenses. Although, im quite confident that she must have some sort of relationship with the store owner to still have a job.
Do better. Treat people better.

This is not a great 7-eleven. There are always shady characters outside and the store is mediocre to poor in cleanliness.

This 711 stinks! It’s the closest 711 to my house but I try to avoid it as much as possible. The times I have been there has been out of desperation. I went on Friday the September 6th to use th atm and get some nicotine before I left for a trip. Ofcourse the ATM was out of money. Then went to buy nicotine (on!). They have a sign right bellow them saying 3 for $6 something. Of course they were not. Ended up being around $14 with $1.50 off. I told the clerk they should probably take down the sign. I know other 711 still have this deal going on. Out of desperation I had to go today (September 15th) to buy nicotine again and ofcourse the same sign was still up and still not on sale. I bought one cause I had to but told the cashier how ridiculous it was they still had the sign up and that it was false advertisement. If you can avoid this 711 you should. Sometimes I even inconvenience my self to avoid this convince store.

They consistently leave up sale signs on certain merchandise, then do not honor them. My husband pointed out they left up the sign when the employee told him it no longer applied, and a week later it was STILL up.

Worse customer service ever. The young guy behind his cash register was so rude and annoyed to have to help an old sick gentleman with parkinson! It was shocking beyond belief!Unbelievable! Will never set a foot there again!

Today in the morning I stopped by for a coffee and they don't have a medium glass, they only have an extra large one. I asked the lady if they don't have a medium glass. She replied that they don't have one, and she told me it doesn't soften very well. If you don't want extra long you can leave. I think she is the owner. but very bad

Have signs for free stuff and still charge it. Absolute frauds, other 7 Elevens we're giving it out but they have to suck the money out of your pockets.

This lady was very rude and unprofessional she touched these food without gloves once I’ve asked her to get new taquitos she refused to put new once then I’ve asked her if she doesn’t want to do the job or what she started telling me no and she said ( if you don’t like it go to different 7/11 ) which is this is what I did but this is not first time every time I go there this old lady doesn’t want to do her job honestly if there’s negative stars I’d give that this 7/11 need to get rid of that lady asap I stopped going there once that lady is there I don’t recommend anyone to go to this 7/11 because of that lady touching the food without gloves and being rude and being unprofessional and give really bad attitude I will tell everyone not to go there
