I am very disappointed with the premises of this storage facility. The area is not locked from public transit; the storage space itself is not climate controlled; and there was urine on the asphalt at the entrance to our space. While we were unloading our van someone stole a bin we had placed beside our other car. Since you have to book online to get the best deal, i didn’t have the opportunity to go visit the premises beforehand. The only redeeming aspect about this place is the kind receptionist, Ellie.

The price caught my eye so I came to check it out. I met with an incredibly warm-spirited young lady named Day who was very knowledgeable and helped me with my numerous questions. She also recommended I check out and compare their other location options.
