Arrived at our pre-arranged time to pick up our truck and nobody was here or answering the phones, had to go to a different location to get our uhaul and they said this happens all the time!

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I was Sent here to pick up a U-HAUL. Originally I had early to confirm that the truck/trailer was ready to go. I called 4 times and got no answer. Naturally, we went there early because we had to move out of state and needed the equipment. The manager who was supposed to help us wasn’t there and he showed up 15 minutes later after we found someone to call him. I completed my online check in portion and then went into the “office” to complete the rest with the manager. The manager gave me 3 confirmations when I only had 2 pieces of equipment. He then proceeded to try and charge me 2x not understanding I already paid. I then had to complete the picture taking of the equipment for U-Haul and he was rushing us the whole time. My fiance stepped in and told him he needed to wait until I was done. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had picking up a U-Haul and it’s a good thing we’re never moving back to the area because I would never drop off/pickup anything here. Extremely unprofessional. The place is a dump.

We were assured by the sales person that the car was in good condition and was just inspected. In fact he said over and over it wouldn't need an emissions test for 2 years. I guess we should have taken that as a sign. We hadn't even gotten the car home when we realized a brake light was out. When taking it apart in our driveway, we noticed that there was no bulb in the brake assembly and wires were disconnected. Not sure how that passed safety inspection.To top it off, after driving it 50ish miles, multiple check engine lights came on, including one involving the emissions system. The car had seat covers on the seats. He assured us it was just because they thought it looked nicer with them on but yhe seats were in good condition. No rips. Upon taking the covers off at home. The driver seat had a major tip. This dealership is not to be trusted.

Very helpful and friendly. Answered all questions I had regarding the car I planned to purchase. Did not feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. Process was very simple and easy. Would come here again.

I don't know why this is a U-Haul pick up location. No one knows what they're doing and the owner is aggressive, ignorant, and incompetent. I would not trust them with rentals or working on anything.

The owner and salesperson sold my son and I a car with known engine issues. They "changed" the oil before we left after the purchase. We changed the oil 2 months later because of performance issues and found metal flecks in the filter. Do not buy from them without your mechanic. They would not let us take the car to our mechanic but required him to come to their "dealership". They knew our car problems and still sold it to us.
