Came out next day and repaired my windshield onsite. Mansoor was completely professional and even offered to pick me up from my house so I wouldn’t have to uber to the site of damage. Fixed my windshield within the hour and even cleaned the glass out of my car. Highly recommend for a friendly and highly efficient glass repair. Thank you!!

Do NOT Use AGF Auto Glass!! AFG Damaged my car and caused $1252 of body and paint damage and broken parts. They do not use an assist arm during installation and hit both window stanchions, the top of the hood, and broke the bottom trim. He also cracked the new windshield ~15" during installation. AFG inspected their damage at Caliber Collision and refused to refund the cracked windshield they installed $869 and pay for the damage repaired at Caliber Collision. I've notified Saiid, Michael, and John of my request for refund and reimbursement of damage costs and they will not return my calls or emails.

When I found my window smashed in, I was prepared for a replacement to be a major hassle, but AFG made the process simple and easy. I was able to get a quote quickly, and Mansoor arrived exactly when the dispatcher said he would. He was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable-- our new window works well and looks great. It was such a relief to have this done in the same day and not have to worry about leaving our car exposed to the elements overnight. I recommended AFG to our neighbors who were in a similar situation, and will definitely call them again should the need arise.

They came to repair my windshield and did not repair it, but took my check. The owner said they would come back but the never showed up. They owe me my money back but they don't respond to my calls or texts. Look for someone else!

S'aid was my installer. I have a BMW and asked him if he has replaced bmw Windows before, and he said yes. At 1st glance, I thought everything was perfect. He even put some dealing in the top of my front windshield because I told him it seemed loose. He inspected the little nicks in the front windshield as well and told me that they weren't going to spread, so there no need to repair those He vacuumed really good and had the window in place in no time But the next day, I take the family to dinner and my wife noticed that the door handle to the window He fixed didn't go back into place like it used to. It just stays in the open position until you push it back. Then I noticed a tear in my front windshield tint near the area. He sealed for free. I made an appointment the next day, and no one showed up Called again 2 days later, they apologized and scheduled another day... no show again. Now I can't get them to answer the phone I have been calling for the past 3 weeks! And not even a return text message from S'aid.

I couldn't be happier with AFG and the SAME DAY SERVICE!! I reached out to several other companies over the past several weeks, and the prices were all over the place, availability was impossible, and some people just never returned my emails/contact forms/voicemails. As time went on my cracks grew and I needed service ASAP. Found someone, scheduled, got a same day cancellation. Then I called AFG and THEY CAME SAME DAY, FAIR PRICE, FAST SERVICE. My tech Sayad was kind, efficient and did good work. No glass left in vehicle. Will update after a few months of use. Excellent experience!10/3/23 UPDATE: It has been a year+, and I have not had a single issue with the windshield. Literally no problems, they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.
