I have called multiple times from Ethiopia, paying a lot of money for the call to track down our cargo. When we filled out the paperwork and left our things, the owner told us that our cargo would arrive less than a week after we did. We were not expecting that to be true a returned phone call letting us know where our things are would be nice. Do not use this service you are better off sending your things through Ethiopian airlines directly as normal baggage. Lesson learned. We have been lied to and never have received an apology or a call back. You have been warned, do not make the same mistake we made.
