The service provided good communication throughout the move. I was able to ask questions and was updated to get the best estimated arrival, which was helpful moving across country. The price was similar to another quote I received, so I wasn't too surprised by the price. However, when my furniture and boxes were delivered, I could see that my delivery was packed with multiple delivers. Most of the boxes were smashed or had come apart. The movers blamed the packaging, but it was clear to me that freight was stuffed. Surprisingly there were only few dishes that were broken. My furniture suffered a few dings as well. For the amount I paid, I was very disappointed. In this experience it's hard to determine where to place blame. The team that picks up your move is not the same who delivers. If I had to do it again, I'd rather sell stuff then endure another over priced experience.

This company was the worst experience. I hired Victory Van to move from VA to NV. My household goods were stored in Berger Storage a Allied facility. When the items were delivered 2 items were missing which I did not notice immediately. I emailed the POC and she informed me to wait and file a claim after I have completed unpacking. I file the claim one item was broken which I sent them pictures and was paid the other was a Dyson vacuum cleaner and wall hanging. Please do not use this company they are are not honest agents. The individuals I dealt with are Jim Mcquire,
Mary Crowe, Heather Jenks, Mr. Stinger, Bridget Kelly, Cheryl Gondell, Molly B. and yes the Arbitrator Stephen Bechtel. They are all dishonest brokers. Do not deal with these frauds.

Dennis best movers at allied so respectful, polite, had to walk my stuff in off the street truck couldn't go in didn't complain once Dennis or the gentleman that helped definitely use them again

This was one of the best moving experiences that we have had over a 27 year military career consisting of many moves around the world! Everything was top notch from day one. Ron Beckner did an excellent job of conducting the inventory of our household goods. Mary did an excellent job with the coordination. The packers were top notch. Frank and his team on both ends pick up and delivery were the best. Frank and Joe know what they are doing and took excellent care of us! Well done Allied/Victory moving! Highly recommend!

After 37 years living in our Maryland home, it was time for us to move out west to live near our daughter. We are so thankful we chose Allied Van Lines to transport our belongings. All the packers and movers took great care of our home and furnishings, communicated well, and were friendly and professional throughout our move. A special thank you to Anthony, our driver, who was incredibly hard-working and supportive, and made this very stressful time in our lives so much easier to navigate. I wholeheartedly recommend Allied to anyone planning an interstate move.

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience.
They were not much cheaper than other quotes but the salesperson seemed very professional so we went ahead. The move out was not what was promised. Just two people to move a 5 bed house in one day (was supposed to be a bigger team taking 2 days but were told they had to do another job the next day) so they were there until 10pm. No equipment to move a heavy piano, just bounced it down the stairs. The crew were exhausted - it was not fair on them.
On arrival - the moving company they contracted in the UK did not provide the service paid for - they said they didn’t assemble furniture or unpack boxes - but that was paid for.
They also lost two large sofas - told me they were lost and would compensate and I bought replacements and then a month later said they’d actually found them in the DC warehouse but they would take months to get them over to the UK. So nearly 2 months later I am still waiting to hear if they will compensate for those.
I used Town and Country last time I moved and it was great. Should have paid the extra (they were only 5% more).

We had a fantastic experience with allied. The team was professional and very careful with all of our items. They didn’t lose or break anything in the move and we were states and states away. Highly recommend.

Allied Vans was communicative, punctual and efficient. After lots of market research, found them to be a very reasonable cost for a cross country move and assured me every step of the way. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend!
