Dr Mitchell and her team are just fabulous! She came highly recommended by my friends and colleagues, many who have been with her since she opened Animal Medical Center. She is very methodical in her approach to everything (rather than people who say you need every test on the sun) and Dell was so relaxed being AT a vet's office he fell asleep on the tile floor!
WE got test results in under 24 hours and were able to schedule a necessary ultrasound (recommended by previous vet; didn't want to take him to VCA) within a weeks time.
Dr. Mitchell and her vet techs take the time to discuss things with you rather than making you feel like you are on a hamster wheel time wise - of course we come prepared with all records and believe in partnering with our providers which means being prepared to make good use OF their time. Vets are excellent, the front office staff needs to have better communication among each other. This can be frustrating at times, but is not a deal breaker for me.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Mitchell always goes above and beyond in treating my cat's ongoing pain management needs and providing me with lots of useful information in caring for him. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Mitchell.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Mitchell since 2007. I have never experienced anything other than the BEST care and concern for my animals. Recently, I had a kitty of 18 years that had kidney failure and Dr. Mitchell and her team went above and beyond for him. When the time came for him to cross the rainbow bridge, they made sure to accommodate him on a busy Saturday, spent extra effort to help him cross humanely, and were all around class acts. Dr. Mitchell had seen this particular kitty since he was a youngster when I moved to the area and took extra care to make sure he was as comfortable as possible. Could not recommend AMC enough. Amazing care
I see some reviews saying this clinic is overpriced. I will GLADLY pay more for the amazing care we received at AMC than an average vet clinic. I trust Dr. Mitchell and AMC completely. In all services, you get what you pay for and I would not go any place else. They are truly amazing.

Dr. Mitchell is the BEST in the area. Her extensive knowledge and care was exceptional. I’ve been taking my pets here for 17 years and would recommend no other. Dr. Mitchell, Dr.T and the staff are top notch.

We have owned Greyhounds for nearly 10 years. Dr. Mitchell is very knowledgeable about Greyhounds. Physiologically, they're different from other dogs. But that's not the only reason we use them. The staff there -- from the Veterinarians, to the Vet Techs, to the desk staff -- are amazing. It's clear that they ALL love the animals as much as the animals' owners do. I am totally comfortable going there and knowing that everything they do is with my pets' best interests in mind. Thank you AMC.

I’ve had great experiences here with both of my dogs. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, calming, and caring. We’ve had dental surgery done, routine visits, illness visits, and tech appointments— and we couldn’t ask for better care.When we needed to put one of my dogs to rest, Dr. Mitchell went out of her way to make sure she was available for us during our time of need. They are also great about communicating with specialists, other vets used, etc.

Love love this vet! They are always willing to help out including squeezing us in for an emergency even with their day being fully booked. They are extremely knowledgeable and answer any questions that my dog is experiencing (the good, the bad, and the ugly). Jackson loves going to this vet! Highly recommend!!
